At first I was skeptical after reading reviews about the parking deck, elevators, and safety issues about the area. We were on the 13th floor. Our parking spot was on the 12th floor. Had no issues with the parking deck. We had an SUV. I could see problems with larger vehicles or big trucks. But glad we didn't take the truck. No problems with the elevator either, just avoided high traffic times. Pool was great and beach was close. Great views. All in all, a great experience! . ##### Mara R. It had any amenities you’d need for a week stay. Although we experienced a few issues with cleanliness on our arrival, the property manager was very responsive and did a good job with customer service. The large balcony view is great. The beach could have used a raking from the cig butts and trash, but the pool area was really nice and clean. There are 800 units in this building so everyone will have a different experience or expectation staying around that many people. This unit is probably the best spot in the tower, as far as being on 13th floor, for parking. No one parks on top deck which is right outside this units door. ##### Chad M. The property is well maintained and beautiful BUT....Parking garage is a nightmare - make sure your vehicle can fit before making reservations. The listing appears to include green wrist bands to access amenities but does NOT - to utilize the amenities i.e. pool, beach etc. you must purchase & wear the hideous green wrist band throughout your entire vacation - there is security everywhere to be sure you are! The condo was nice but the carpet under the coffee table was filthy. Also noticed plastic eyeballs adhered in shower and toilet bowl cover and rules sign - at first glance we thought they were spy cameras! not funny!!! ##### Christina R.
