Easy in and out and the location in the building is great. It is right by the pool tiki hut but noise is never an issue. The patio is huge and the condo is huge as well with a full size washer and dryer. We love this unit and already planning our stay again. You can walk to Pier Park, Shuckums and several other local places and we rarely even move our car when we are there. Beach is a 3 min walk and plenty of chairs to rent or you can bring the wagon with umbrella and chairs that is available in the condo. The downstairs coffee shop is a daily stop for me and we just love the location. ##### Adam W.
