Located in Tower 4, this unit offers stunning Gulf views, a kitchenette, private balcony, and washer/dryer. Resort amenities include lagoon and heated pools, hot tubs, beach bar, and gated security. Perfect for couples seeking a peaceful getaway. Primary renter must be 25+. Please note: property undergoing renovations through March 2026. Our unit is in tower 4 on the 10th floor Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Long Beach Resort is a 3-building complex located beachfront in Panama City Beach. It features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, and palm tree islands. Two heated pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grills, and 24-hour gated security. There's plenty of parking adjacent to the buildings. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The condo is a pretty decent size for a studio. We had 2 adults and 2 children staying and we were never on top of each other. The only thing we noticed was the toilet was really hard to flush. You had to hold down the lever really hard for a few seconds before it would even begin to flush and then continue to hold it down for it to do it fully but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. I also wish there was a better way to communicate with the property manager other than email only but again, not a deal breaker. We will definitely stay again. ##### Megan R.
