It was clean, had a well appointed kitchen and everything was comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. I really enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony, and listening to the lapping waves after dark. I definitely recommend this condo. They email all check in procedures a week before. Codes were accurate, WIFI was great, beautiful location over looking the water, easy walk to the beach, and the location is on the quieter end of the beach which we loved. Master bed is very comfortable! No complaints here, only a couple if suggestions. If you're going to cook, take cooking spray for pans. We had a hard time getting the pans clean after cooking. Also with a group of 8 taking daily showers, could use a few extra towels unless you don't mind washing every day you're there. Overall, it was a great location, not a lot of noise or action around. We loved our stay at Tropic Winds. The condo is directly on the ocean with amazing views. The beach was not crowded while we were there, and we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were included. Everyone must wear a wristband while on the property. Security and staff are very friendly and keep the area quiet and clean. The pool water was warm, and the restrooms were clean. We immediately noticed how clean and well stocked our condo was. We loved the plush towels and washcloths. We did get to meet Tonya the property manager to help with the new TV cable system. She was a blessing to meet and so accommodating. The parking is tight but that seems to be the norm in Panama City Beach because my family have stayed at three other resorts, and they all say the same thing. Security will give you a warning notice if you park over the yellow line or leave your vehicle at the elevator area while unloading, so be aware of the rules. The beds are firm, and the bedspread and sheets look clean and newer. We really appreciated all the little touches the owners did to make the stay very comfortable for us. ##### Mary H. This one is outside and not in garage which was fine. There are three elevators so we didn't have to wait too long to get up to our room. This condo was right in front of the elevator so that was nice but also can be noisy inside the condo if people are talking loud waiting on an elevator. When we arrived, the code they sent us didn't work so I had to contact the cleaning lady who had someone else reset the code. It took maybe 6 minutes but it was inconvenient as we had groceries with us that were melting. The condo appeared clean. No bed bugs. The floors left our feet black. They must not mop between renters. The balcony was huge with plenty of seating. We were able to spread out. The bathrooms were clean except the shower curtains had some black moldy mildew on them. So gross! I made sure it didn't touch me. the hairdryer hanging on the wall dont work (why don't you take them down?), but there was one in the bathroom drawer to use after we searched and searched. Bring salt and pepper, bring dish detergent.. They provide one towel and one washcloth for each person so you might want to bring more. The washer and dryer worked great. The beds were comfortable, but the couches were not at all. We probably wouldn't stay here again only because we have used other VRBOs that provide more for the amount of money we spent. ##### Joanna C. It was close enough to all the attractions but far enough out that it wasnt super busy. We did have an issue where the guest shower was leaking to the unit below us so we had a property manager stop by one day and then we werent able to use the guest shower or tub which was an inconvenience since there were 6 adults utilizing just one shower then. We also had issues with some cleanliness of certain things in the condo. Example bedding and bathroom. The property otherwise was nice. ##### Amanda A. It wasnā€™t as clean as it should have been. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet, a pan that was covered in grease, and old food in the floor. However, that was easily remedied with a dishwasher and a broom. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the room. It was well stocked and well decorated. ##### Autumn H. I really really wanted to be in love with this place. I will say as soon as we got here they did let us have an early check in which was so nice. After settling in it seemed like someone forgot to clean the hall bathroom. I was just getting ready to put the baby in the tub when I noticed the dark ring around the tub, took a step back and there was literally poop all over the toilet. All on the seat and running down the base of the commode, even splattered on the wall. The vanity had dark hairs all in it as well. I gave the benifit of the doubt because mistakes do happen. Assuming the bathroom was overlooked. I cleaned up a lot of the mess because I couldnā€™t risk my baby or toddler crawling in here and putting hands all over everything. I messaged the property manager they sent someone out the next day. I was all good up until this point. The cleaner left, we get back up to the room and there was still poop running down the base of the toilet!! I ended up taking care of it myself. But, after this ordeal I just couldnā€™t help but notice other thingsā€¦ the inch of toilet paper dust left on all the handles, the dust on all the ceiling fans, dirt around every door handle, dirty baseboards. This place just needs a solid deep clean. We loved the balcony and the location was great! We loved that the beach chairs came included. There is a lot to love about this place and maybe it was just a bad week for themā€¦ hopefully others will have better experiences not involving human feces. I would come back to this building but definitely not this room. ##### Sierra D. This is our first time to PCB and we had a great vacation! Loved being right on the beach! Grocery and other places nearby, designated parking space, beach chairs, etc. made this stay even better. We had no issues at all with the property and liked the fact that our kids each had a full sized bed. No fighting about who sleeps where, etc.! Plenty of dishes and appliances worked well.
