Enjoy beautiful ocean views and fabulous sunsets from the oversized balcony. The large 270 square foot balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching dolphin play in the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom overlooks the gulf and features a king size bed, dresser, tv, and private bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, dresser, and tv. A second full sized bathroom is accessible from the entry hall as well as the second bedroom. The living area has gulf views and offers an entertainment center with tv, sleeper sofa, and two recliners. The dining table seats 6, plus there are 2 additional chairs at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes all small and large appliances, dinnerware and cooking utensils, granite countertops, and tile floors. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. Free wireless internet and cable television are provided. Other amenities/extras include keyless entry, fire protection sprinkler system and smoke detectors, convenient trash chute, and 24 hour security. An exercise room overlooking the gulf is located on the 4th floor. Parking is available on the first two levels of the building. A parking deck with plenty of additional parking is located directly across the street with bridge access for easy entry into the building. Emerald Isle gulf front condominiums spans over 300 feet of white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy quick, convenient beach and pool access. Exit one of the 4 high speed elevators and steps away, you will find the pool deck featuring 2 pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and grilling area. The white sand beach is just beyond the pool gates. Access to water activities, beach chair rentals, and other beach services are available beachside. Emerald Isle is located on the west side of Panama City Beach. It is 2 miles from Pier Park, an open-air shopping mall with unique shops, restaurants, a movie theatre, department stores and more. It is also 2 miles from Frank Brown Park, location of many tournaments, concerts, festivals, and other exhibitions. The west end location is near the popular beaches of South Walton and the trendy shops and restaurants located along 30a. She’s extremely responsive. The condo was perfect for our family. (2 adults and 2 kids) it was clean, spacious and the patio was our favorite spot to overlook the Gulf. The pools were greay, especially the 1/2 indoor/outdoor one. That one came in handy on beach days where the sun got us. With the draperies open, lounged in my king size bed, as I watched the waves crash on the white Sand Beach. Our family enjoy the pools, the hot tub, the speedy the easy parking. This was my first vacation as a single mom with my kids and so I was very stressed about all the details. I chose this rental for the balcony! It was better than expected and the décor was updated from the pics. It was light and airy and beautiful The elevators were fast and the view was fantastic (even with not-so-great weather). There was always parking available and plenty of luggage carts to help us get our stuff to and from the condo. I can not recommend this condo and Emerald Isle enough. We ate at Runaway Grill (delicious) and Pineapple Willy's (not the best but a fun atmosphere ). I was especially grateful we were located in a quieter part of PCB after eating at Pineapple Willy's. We also loved the pool and hot tub! Can you tell we loved it! Hope to be back again someday. Thanks Candy! ##### Amber M. It has a beautiful view of the ocean with a very large balcony. The house is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Minor complaints: the laundry room door is off its hinge. I am assuming this was recent and they must not have had time to fix it prior to our arrival. However, it is immediate as you enter the unit which was an unpleasant welcome to a place we invested $2000 to stay at. Also a trash can in the bedroom was not emptied and there is an alarm clock in the floor behind the night stand in the bedroom. Weird when it could be removed or placed in a drawer to make the area tidy. The beach is public but was not crowded. Our children loved the two pools and hot tub on site. All of staff we encountered at the property was very friendly. Parking was easy and the beach is just steps away from the property. Overall we had a wonderful time. ##### SAVANNAH D. It checked off all of our boxes and we plan on returning as often as we can. The property itself was well maintained and had same side parking, which was important to us. The pools, steam room, and outdoor space were very much enjoyed. The unit itself was immaculate, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. Not to mention, the kitchen was fully stocked with almost every appliance and dish you would want. The beds were extremely comfortable and the 2 recliners were the perfect movie watching seats. Our favorite spot was on the huge balcony watching the dolphins play. When we entertained, all our guests gathered around the big outdoor table to watch God’s glorious sunsets and have a refreshing beverage. We even had comfortable lounge chairs to privately sunbathe in, although me in a swimsuit is not a pretty picture. Now for our host, Candy. We had absolutely nothing to complain about but we still kept in touch and made a new friend. She would drop us little messages and checked in with us during our stay. She was polite, informative, funny, and so very cooperative with our inquiries. I have nothing but good things to say about Candy and we are very appreciative that we met each other. All hosts should be as caring as Candy.Finally, if you have a chance to rent this unit, by all means do so. Comfortable, clean, quiet end of PCB, and a wonderful host.
