Save on Your Stay – Long Beach Resort Improvement Project Underway

RESORT RENOVATION NOTICE – August 2025 to March 2026
Adjusted Rates with a 25% DISCOUNT
Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will be undergoing exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through March 2026, as part of a large-scale project coordinated by the Homeowners’ Association.
Construction setup and equipment deliveries will take place from August 4–18, with actual work starting August 18. This includes stucco and concrete repairs, sealant replacement, balcony updates, and exterior repainting throughout the resort.
What to Expect During Your Stay:
• Construction noise may occur during work hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, guests may experience hammering, chipping, grinding, and other renovation-related activity
• Balcony closures will begin in phases starting August 28, but not all balconies will be closed at the same time. Work will proceed by tower and unit stack, with different schedules depending on unit location.(CLOSED BALCONY DATES ARE Nov 24 – Jan 17, 2026)
• Walkways and entryways may be rerouted temporarily for safety
• Beach access will remain open at all times, though some boardwalk closures may occur
• No refunds will be issued for construction-related inconvenience on reservations booked after July 1, 2025
• This unit includes free seasonal beach chair service (March 1 – October 31)
Pool Closures:
• Lagoon Pool & Hot Tub: Open through November 28, 2025
• Tower 1 & 2 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed August 28 – November 28, 2025
• Tower 3 & 4 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed October 20, 2025 – End of project

You will enjoy upscale living in this beautiful condominium featuring wall to wall ocean views from every room. Relax in this beautiful furnished and nicely decorated condo or taking in the spectacular views from the 30 foot curved balcony, while enjoying your favorite beverage.

The living room also has a LCD TV & DVD PLAYER as well as a queen-size sleeper, with all glass sliding doors, with access to the balcony.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, direct access to balcony. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and an oversized garden tub with shower, plus washing machine & dryer!

Long Beach Resort features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1300 feet of powder white beach frontage and 24 hour gated security. Great Stay!

Great location! Loved the pool especially since had mostly double flags most of the time. Ease of getting to the 4th floor was very nice along with the check-in and check-out process. Would definitely recommend!

Great views from the amazing balcony from both the living room and bedroom! Loved listening to the waves from waking up in the morning to falling asleep at night. Early morning walks along the shore to late night sunset watching were amazing.

Summer 2019

Everything was just like it was pictured and just how I pictured it. Although I ended up going by myself it was still wonderful laying in bed waking up to the sound of the ocean each morning I was there as well as before going to sleep each night. Thank you for the great stay and I'm looking forward to next year!

A quaint condo , great view 4 th floor convienient access to beach or pool . Chairs and umbrella taken up at 4:10- 4:30 everyday. I would suggest a new kitchen faucet, a new couch that doesn’t collapse to the middle ( it is not comfortable). Property mgr does respond quickly and had to have service come in after we left to fix kitchen light.. we would stay here again for the location .

Was disappointed in the condo. Sliding glass doors in the bedroom couldn't open. Wasn't very clean. TV in the bedroom was so loud couldn't watch it. Always had stayed at the Long Beach Condo's and love them.

Great Location

This condo meets the needs of what you'll need on your stay. Our only couple complaints were that it seemed a little dirty, the bed definitely needs upgrading, and the grill/bar area was not opened during our entire stay. There was no info in the listing that this woulldn't be closed. We stayed first week of March so I kind of get it. It was opening the day before we left. Oh well. The best part of this condo is the balcony/view and it's location. There are a lot of restaurants/bars all within walking distance which is what we like. Overall, I would stay at these condos again but maybe in a different unit? The communication with the peopple was a DEFINITE PLUS PLUS! I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's but never had anyone call me saying our place was ready! This was really nice as it eases your anxiety and what to do when you arrive. They are the stars of the unit for sure so thanks Dawn!

Great Place, just needs a spring cleaning

Great location! Great facility, but needs a GOOD spring cleaning. The little rugs in the bathroom were extremely dirty, the floor under the rugs was worse. After spraying the floor with Lysol, we put towels on the floor to walk on. Thick dust on TV stand, dust balls under furniture, popcorn under couch, door into the apartment showed more dirt than the white paint.

Perfect view, Perfect vacation

This unit was in an excellent location. That includes both the location of the entire resort and the unit within the resort. Walkway to the beach is right by the elevator and a pool and spa at both ends of the building. The beach chair and umbrella service was an added plus and made beach time a breeze. The sunset views from the balcony were excellent. We ate many of our meals on the balcony to enjoy the view and waves without the crowds. Resort is within walking distance to places like Pineapple Willy’s, Walmart, and beach stores. Communication with the manager was easy and very informative. We have added this unit and resort to our must return list.

Perfect vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect, clean and well maintained. The balcony is furnished with new furniture and the pool and poolside bar and grill was amazing! The owner was very informative and the check in/check out was was a breeze. I will definitely rent this condo again for future vacations!

My husband and our 4 year old daughter stayed her for a week in August. Location was perfect, condo was everything we needed. The pool was very kid friendly and the reserved beach chairs was an great extra. Highly recommend and plan to visit again.

Great getaway!

We stayed for 2 months and had a great time! The location where we stayed was breathtaking. Loved that the condo was well equipped with almost everything we needed. Including books and puzzles! Will certainly consider coming back, maybe a different time of year. It was a bit chilly the last month. Plenty to do around town if the weather got bad. Overall it was a great experience!
