Located on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida, Grand Panama Beach Resort is situated along twenty-seven miles of sugar-white sand beaches and emerald waters—the ultimate setting for a getaway. As a luxury beach resort, we have designed our policies to ensure that we consistently meet our guests’ expectations.  
We encourage you to review the terms and fees we have itemized here. Also, feel free to contact us for answers to your specific questions.  
Age Restriction: to reserve a room at Grand Panama Beach Resort, our policy requires guests to be at least 25 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.  
Check-in Check-out  
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A $50 charge per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m.  
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.  
To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit of $500 with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.  
  
Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.   
  
Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00\. Motorcycle parking is $55.00\. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.

We over all very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. Great location. Comfortable swivel chairs on the balcony. I would recommend updating couch and chair in the living room. I understand it is a pet friendly condo, and I appreciated us being able to bring our little Yorkie, although 260.00 non refundable pet fee was a bit high in my opinion. We would stay at this condo again. Loved having 2 king size beds.

#### We loved the massive balcony, spent hours watching the dolphins and sunsets

Brought my mom with us, she has limited mobility, so being up high was so nice for her to read, have coffee and watch the dolphins. Sunsets were fantastic, the condo is well laid out, and close to restaurants. The pool was incredible, and the tiki bar was a nice convenience. Great Manager on the property, Matt was friendly and knowledgeable.

It needed some repairs! The sprayer at sink leaked we keep it down in the sink and wrapped in a towel! The washer and dryer was entirely to small!!!!!!

#### Awesome ocean view and great stay

This property was just as advertised! Very nice and it is very easy check-in/ check-out process. The unit was exactly what we needed and wanted for our stay. Being on the 20th floor was awesome! Beautiful ocean with breathtaking view of sunset . We would have preferred a comfy couch (sofa)but overall everything was good , it took us just 2 mins walking to beach ,We look forward to the next time to book thru Warren Beach Rentals!

#### Great view and nice condo!

Arrival was very easy to check in with security and get parking passes. Parking fills up quickly so be aware of what time you go to dinner or do things in the evenings. We came back on different days around 8pm and 9pm, and there was no parking left in the covered garage. Condo was updated and felt like home. The dog walking area was small, but we switched to just walking up the street a little for actual grass. Overall this was a great condo and I would definitely stay here again!

#### The place definitely needs preventative maintenance 

The parking garage is horrible. Hardlyno parking and definitely hard for bigger vehicles. The stovetop had a huge crack in it, so you could not cook. The fridge crisper was duct tape and when you open the door would fall apart. The water shut off from the 6th floor up and we did not have running water for 2 and half days. Warren beach rentals thought a 350 refund was a “goodwill” gesture. This water issue started on our 1st full day there and after hours of no water I asked for my money back to find somewhere else to stay so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation… was told no and kept avoiding my questions concerning this issue. I expressed we get one family vacation a year and this is ruing it. We were unable to use the beach because we had no place to shower afterwards. I had some very upset kids. We had no way to shower, or flush toilets…. And we were on the 20th floor. So very inconvenient! There is only 3 elevators for the whole place… very slow, or always breaking down. Had to walk 20 floors when broke down. The dog park area very disgusting.. trash everywhere, running sewer into the area, smelt terrible. With all these issues Warren beach rentals, VRBO or Grand Panama wasn’t concerned or even acted like they cared. We had family pictures and I expressed we have not where to shower and clean up for these pictures with the water not running and was told by Grand Panama I could pay 10 a piece for 7 of us and a truck stop to shower!!!! No communication on updates!

#### The girl at check in was not very helpful and when I asked her questions she just stared at me. So .

The condo it self was very nice and clean. Just wished they allowed golf carts on property. And not enough handicapped parking available. I can only walk a short distance and parking was an issue.
