The room was very clean, and cute, with the BEST view of the ocean. We went down there for our wedding/honeymoon and had the most wonderful time. Our host Bill was the nicest and even left us a little wedding gift. 10/10 on our stay, and we will be back.

Great stay!

We had an amazing week in PCB! Bill and Shea were awesome hosts, communicated thoroughly before during and after our stay and take excellent care of their condo at Edgewater T3. The first thing we raved about was how clean and nice the condo was. We will definitely book with them again if we are back in the area.

Paradise pools and amazing beach views!

Great place to stay! Wonderful facility and gorgeous pools! Host was amazing and super responsive! For the work out junkies like me, be aware the gym is an extra charge and parking is an additional $50

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Our stay at this beach condo was absolutely wonderful. The place was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly maintained. The views were stunning and every detail made it feel like a true getaway. From peaceful mornings on the balcony watching the dolphins to fun filled afternoons on the beach. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and excitement. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!

My daughter and I go on trips every year, and I can say this was one of the best. The condo was exactly as described, and the view when we walked in was as good as it gets. The whole package, having the beach, restaurant, bar, and access to a kitchen, washer/dryer, is a game-changer for us. It goes without saying that the condo was like coming home, just like you keep your home. Lots of options if you choose to dine off property. Grocery store not far, parking was great at the property. We flew to the Panama City Airport, rented a car, and had no issues getting to the property. Great directions supplied by our host.Stayed for a week, and we were so lucky to be there right before the air show. So, we got to see all the jets/planes practice every day. What a treat.Will most definitely be back.Thanks to the very helpful and accommodating host.

Exceeded expectations

I cannot say enough about these hosts and this unit!! Let’s start with booking: very thorough information was given from the beginning! We were made aware of what would be provided with our rental- exactly how many Tide pods, Cascade packs, rolls of toilet paper, etc. That kept us from over packing! Next, quality! Usually what is provided in units saves the owner on the bottom line. Not here! These owners splurge for higher-quality linens, towels, cleaning supplies, etc to keep guests as comfortable as possible. It’s the little things! Next, organization. The unit has so many things labeled, it’s easy to see how thorough these hosts are. That brings me to, Cleanliness: because the hosts were so organized and thorough, I felt like I could trust the way they cleaned the unit. Never before have I stayed anywhere that I felt like was as clean as my own home. It was truly a mental load off to be able to move around in a unit and not feel like I was stirring in some previous guests’ leftovers. We even took off our shoes 😂 I am so glad to have stayed with you all and look forward to booking again!

The property was just as pictures showed. Great view of gulf. Super clean. Great location. Resort has great amenities too. Very responsive hosts. Only issue was elevators. On 10th floor and only one elevator operating which had problems too. Understand that they are being replaced soon.

We’ve been coming to PCB yearly since 2015. The owner of this condo has excellent and timely communication! The condo was as described! We love the ease of parking at Edgewater compared to other parking decks in PCB. We also love the gated securty! Some things we specifically loved about this condo:-how great the AC was! Even during a heat wave, the condo stayed remarkably cool! -the beach chairs provided helped us save traveling cargo space -the communication was exceptional -water pressure and temperature were wonderful-condo located directly off of elevator, no long walks to your room-comfy pullout in the living roomOne thing to note, but certainly a personal preference:-the master bed was a little firm for usWould 100% stay again!

We had an amazing week at this property. It was just as listed with amazing views , sunsets on the balcony, beautiful clean pools, restaurant, and a close walk to a beautiful beach. It was super clean with everything you would need including chairs and umbrellas. Communication and check in were easy and the keypad on the door was convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend .
