It has a beautiful kind size bed, with ample storage, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bathroom attached with glass doors, not the shower. The bunk room has twin and full bunk beds, a door for privacy, and its own half bathroom. There is also one rollaway bed, so there is room for everyone! This gorgeous unit is well decorated and well equipped with everything you need. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. You also have reserved parking on the 6th floor. The wait times at the resort elevators may be delayed depending on the time of year and the volume of guests. In your unit we have provided start-up toiletries; this includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 kitchen trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, along with one dishwasher detergent pod. If you feel you will need more than the products we provide, a nationwide retailer is right across the street Amenities are not included! Guest must pay a 1-time fee of $100 upon arrival for parking permit and wristbands. The registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card to be placed on file to protect the condo against damages. No pets. No smoking. You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age. Overall, loved the place. Plenty of room, and very safe (guards at every entrance. Staff was friendly, and beach was wonderful! Views were amazing! Everything that you need. Walmart and instacart can deliver to your door. 30 minutes from the airport. Has an on-site donut and coffee shop that serves ice cream all day. Also has a to-go pool side restaurant that has great food and drinks. You really don't have to leave. Pool was realy cool for the kids. The condo was beautiful and clean. The only downfall was the elevators, there were only 2 elevators and half of the time, only one elevator would be working. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great, the condo was excellent for a small family, and the management company was probably the most responsive I have ever experienced. The major down side... being on the 22nd floor had huge drawback with the elevators. The entire week they were randomly out of service and one elevator was being used to haul construction material for the roof most of the week. This left us with one elevator that was not always operational. Second, the entire complex was so large that it was the most crowded beach experience I have ever had in my entire life. The young kids getting out of control, weed smoke, the ambulance hauling off people that were passed out from non stop partying. My wife and I are exploring up and down the gulf to buy a condo, but I can tell you this completely turned me off. Sticking with 30A from hear on out. ##### Matthew Y. Reviewer Comments: Great views from this Penthouse. The interior could use some renovations: the drawers under the sink in the master bathroom are flaking, the dishwasher broke during my stay. It also would be nice to have a dining table. The way the living room is set up makes it very cumbersome to get to the patio as you have to walk all the way around. Pros: unbeatable views, very quiet unit, z reserved parking space on 6th floor of garage, top notch onsite amenities Cons: Dishwasher didn’t work, rusty master shower, and a finicky deadbolt that will leave your condo unlocked if you’re not careful.
