Find yourself shopping at Pier Park in 5 minutes, surf fishing right in front of your condo, sunbathing on the world's most beautiful beaches, or having a cold drink at one of the many spectacular bars and seafood restaurants within a five-minute drive. You will love the 293 sq ft balcony (as large as some hotel rooms!), which is adjacent to the living room and master bedroom. Lounging and dining furniture create an outdoor living area where the sun will dazzle you in the daytime, and in the evening will entertain you as it sinks into the Gulf of Mexico with its breathtaking kaleidoscope of colors. You will wake up to the picturesque views of the sunrise in the morning and watch some of the most breathtaking sunsets on the coastline. 100% memory foam mattresses are top of the line, making your vacation the most enjoyable as well as comfortable and restful! It is the perfect respite for event participants and spectators. The west end location is closer to the popular Beaches of South Walton and the trendy shops and restaurants located along 30A. West PCB, 9th floor and an end unit. The balcony was amazing with 3-4 different seating choices with incredible views. The flooring/carpet on the balcony needs replaced badly. The biggest down side was the kitchen was barebones and basic. Only 4 plates, and cookware selection was very minimal. The couches were very comfy with a great TV. The kitchen floor wasn’t clean. Other condos I've stayed in, you have to park across the street and walk over. This is so much more convenient. This condo was perfect for our little girl’s trip to the Jazz festival. Assigned parking was an excellent amenity so that you never have to worry about rushing back for parking. Proximity to Pier Park venue and shops was excellent. The condo is spacious and well equipped and that balcony!!! OMG!!! Fabulous views! We will be back! ##### DeAnna B. Since it was wide and the balcony extended the whole width of the condo you could see all the way down the beach. The sunsets were beautiful. There were plenty of chairs, lounges and end tables to accommodate guests. Comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was the sprayer on the Kitchen sink was leaking and spraying water everywhere. So, we could not use the kitchen sink. Other wise it was an excellent stay!
