    Our well-appointed 2 bedroom + bunk room, 2.5 bath condo on the 21st floor provides breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and boasts a modern interior with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, and stylish furnishings. Also included is one reserved parking spot on the 11th floor and a second general parking spot in the garage.
    Must be 25 or older.
    No smoking or vaping allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

I never write reviews but since the condo was VERY pricey I will share. The room looks and feels old in person. TV didn’t work in 2nd bedroom for the kids at night ( contacted owner reset didn’t work)TVs were small and were very slow. Tv remote was put together with blue tape. Water got cold after 2 showers. Not enough extra blankets we had 7 people. Was gave 3 rolls of toilet paper for seven people and 3 trash bags for 6 days! Wasn’t told construction was going on and they start super early in the morning. Whole place was so nasty. Smells like trash and sewage. I have a strong stomach and it made me sick. Elevators were horrible!! I have been here in the past it was always so nice and it’s not anymore.

This was a great Condo for our Family. The only suggest I have it letting people know how tight the parking deck is. We were in a Ford Explorer and it was tight. I felt really bad for people in bigger vehicles. Other than that the Host and the Property was great.

Very satisfied with our experience! I verified that we would be able to go ahead and get wristbands before check in time and they had our room ready by 7:30 that morning instead of 4 that afternoon. It was a huge blessing with 2 toddlers! Highly recommend
