  • Ramsgate Unit 43 - This 2br / 2ba one level beachfront condo is located in the Ramsgate Harbour Community on the West End of Panama City Beach. Ramsgate Harbour is a three story, 66 unit with covered parking , gulf front pool, pool house, bathrooms and grills. The unit sleeps 6 and has been completely remodeled with a new master bathroom shower, new patio furniture, new cabinets, electronics and appliances. Living area includes a dinner table for 6, breakfast bar, sectional couch w/pullout bed, new flat screen TV, as well as an upgraded kitchen. The primary bedroom has a new King size bed, flat screen TV and a brand new oversized shower while the spare bedroom includes two brand new queen beds to a common bathroom with shower/tub combo. Unit also includes a full kitchen and complimentary beach service with 2 beach chairs and umbrella from March - mid-October.

    The Ramsgate Community is located on the quiet end of Panama City Beach and is adjacent to Carillon Beach, Publix, CVS and Winn Dixie. The great thing about Ramsgate is that you don't have to deal with the crowded condos and high rises of Panama City Beach, but yet it's only a short commute to all the favorite restaurants and shopping on 30A and Pier Park. Community amenities include a beachfront pool covered parking and 4 separate grilling stations. With our new key less entry, you don't have to worry about getting locked out or losing your key.

    If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing beach front get away, then Ramsgate #43 is the place for you.

Great Location For Family Spring Break

We had an amazing stay at this beachside property right off 30A during our family spring break. The location couldn’t have been better – we woke up every morning to the soothing sound of the ocean and enjoyed walking right down to our beach chairs for a day of relaxation in the sun. A few days, we explored the charming 30A beach towns and even visited the pier. The highlight of our trip was spotting dolphins on our last day! It was truly a memorable experience, and we can't wait to return!

This condo was perfect for our family. The condo looks just like the photos and was so spacious. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't cook much (just breakfast) but the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We love staying on this end of the beach and it was not crowded at all for our stay. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Absolute Favorite Place to Stay

We love staying at this property. The kitchen is fully stocked so that you can cook during your stay. Plenty of seating. The master bathroom is huge and the shower is incredible. The new beds in the second bedroom are extremely comfortable. Heating/air system is perfect. Love the new table on the balcony. The owners communicated with us the entire process. Highly recommend this property!

Comfortable Condo with stunning view

This has become our annual destination for vacation. It’s a comfortable well appointed 2 bedroom with a large balcony/deck. Kitchen has all you need. Beds are spacious and comfortable. Nice large master bath. It’s on the second floor so you walk up the stairs from your parked auto to the condo. It’s a short walk to the beach and pool. There are grills for grilling. Highly recommend this property.

Great location with some minor flaws

- Kat was very responsive and helpful prior to our arrival.- Location was perfect to the beach and community pool. Both are only a few steps away with private access.- Plenty of parking with the addition of covered parking.- Close in proximity to grocery stores like Aldi and Publix.- The unit we stayed in had above neighbors and you could hear EVERY step they took. We had to kindly ask them to not have their kids jump and stomp around at 9PM since we had a sleeping toddler.- When we arrived, there were still food remains on the kitchen and dining room table, dried toothpaste in the sink and vanity, hair on pillows.

Great Location

We loved our stay at Ramsgate. We have stayed for 20 years a mile closer to PCB but due to booking issues we were forced to choose a different location. It turned out to be a blessing. Ramsgate was clean, quiet and its proximity to 30A as well as Panama City Beach is so valuable. We had the beach to ourselves almost which was very relaxing. The view from the balcony was awesome for a quick lunch in the condo or for watching the sunset. We will certainly be back.

Just what we needed…..

We enjoyed a long four-day weekend in beautiful Sunnyside Beach. Kat was the perfect host. She was available to answer questions pre-arrival, during our stay and post stay. We enjoyed the quietness of the beach area. Having chairs and an umbrella part of the package was a plus. My husband was able to enjoy several days of fishing and I enjoyed getting to read on the beach. We grabbed seafood from a local seafood market and enjoyed it on the deck while watching the sun set. We only ventured out to eat once; however the area has plenty of options. A short drive to Grayson Beach provided some boutique shopping. Overall it was a relaxing and peaceful “staycation” at the beach. We will be back! Thanks Kat!!
