Directly on the beach! Enjoy the beautiful white sand of Panama City Beach! Beautifully renovated 3 BR, 3 Bath condo. It overlooks the resort style pool of Shores of Panama and the beach and Gulf. Bedrooms: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 1 twin size bunk room-all with attached baths plus a queen sofa sleeper in living room. Well stocked kitchen includes a crockpot, a Keurig and regular coffee pot catering to all of our special guest's needs. Centrally located between PIER PARK and St. Andrew's State Park (6 miles) Best resort pool on the beach in PCB- 9th floor- (not too high or low) Reserved Parking Spot on 4th floor! Plus one extra floating parking spot. 60in large tv for rainy days or family evening movies. Over 10,000 sf of pools, with lazy river, zero entry and water spouts. Outdoor tiki huts serving a full menu of food, drinks, ice cream and more! There is a live stage area for performers, (we love karaoke night), fitness Room, coffee shop and cafe, Heated indoor pool and hot tub and much much more! This feels just like being at a resort! Shores of Panama is beach front next door to Pineapple Willy's and across the street from Wal-Mart making it very easy to stock your condo. Guests will receive a unique code to access their unit directly avoiding long checkin lines. Central location between pier Park in Saint Andrews state park – about 7 miles to either one. Guests will need their own transportation. \*\* Resort amenity fees for armbands allowing access to indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, workout facility, and poolside activities during peak season are purchased at the resort. What a beautiful, great place to stay. Every detail is covered, down to a Keurig coffee machine, or a regular coffee machine - your choice!! We had the best time. When we walked in we felt like home! Our daughter, son-in-law and their 3 little girls stayed with us. We each had a bedroom and bathroom, it was GLORIOUS! From the moment we walked in, we just knew it would be the best week ever, and it was. We went Christmas week, we will definitely go back, and I would recommend going anytime but particularly Christmas to anyone! Our granddaughers loved the hot tub and pool, and we had to be down there everyday. It was nice being able to do laundry, but the best was getting up in the morning and having a cup of coffee on the balcony, looking at the beautiful water and pool area. It is close to everything you need! Allison gave such great instructions and covered every detail. There was no stress through the whole process. Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay. Really liked the condo, nice space for a family to spread out! Wasn't sure about the 9th floor but it was actually perfect for the water views and pool view. Only issue in condo was that the master is on the road side so there is some traffic noise at night, not awful but could be bad in season. The resort seemed nice, landscaping and pool area very pretty. Biggest issue I had with resort was that you have to buy a daily pass to use the amenities including ACCESS to the beach. It was only $10 for up to 8 wristbands and I didn't mind paying but hated having to go to front desk to purchase and everyone had to be there to get their band (no picking up for the group). You could NOT access the beach without the band. I would prefer to pay for amenities as I reserve the room or at the very least be able to walk the beach without a purchase. Some area's I found concerning. -Bedrooms are located by the walkway and you can hear every footstep or conversation that goes on outside. -Upon our early arrival, which was appreciated, we found a used band-aid stuck to a chair on balcony, a dirty sock by the couch, Cheerios left on floor, stains on refrigerator. So cleaning needs to be addressed. A small house-vac, that works, for the guest would definitely help. -The dryer has to be fidgeted with to work, and the hair dryer in master bedroom was inop (both were addressed in communication, but no one came to look at them) -The internet was very sub-par. Couldn't even stream shows without extreme buffering. -Lastly, the pool was very nice, but if your'e not down there at 8am to get towels down, you will not have a chair. ##### James C. The location of the condo is wonderful, as it is right in the middle of everything. The parking garage is pretty convenient and the elevators are really quick, check in process is easy. But As we were unpacking and unloading, we quickly noticed the unit was very dirty because the bottom of our feet were black(within 2 hours), there was still hair all over the bathroom floors and behind the couches, walls and baseboards were dirty, mattress pads were stained, and there was a drawer full of old dirty clothes left from a previous stay. As we had two babies who crawl with us, I notified the owner and housekeeper because we couldn’t allow our children to play on the floor. So we had to clean it and wait on housekeeping to return to clean. The owner was quick to respond and made it right. But still it is disappointing to have wasted our first evening worrying about this. WiFi was spotty in the front of the unit (living room) where it is used the most. View from condo is incredible and kitchen is well stocked. Recommend a deep cleaning on this unit! ##### Emily C. It is in a great location, with easy access to parking, the elevators, and all the amenities of the resort. Some of the reviews I read had issues with parking and the elevators, and my family and I did not have any of these issues. There was a yellow marked parking spot on the same level of our room always open when we needed it and we only had short wait times for all elevators. The condo itself was beautifully furnished with everything we could possibly need. My family had plenty of room and we especially enjoyed us each having our own bathroom, which made getting ready to eat each night more convenient. The owner of this condo was great to work with and very quick to answer any questions I had. Having everything waiting in our room for us (arm bands/parking passes) saved us money and was extremely convenient. We will definitely stay at this location again and I will highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at this resort. ##### Angela W. This property is great and is as listed, but there were a few shortcomings. The parking garage is very tight. This unit comes with a parking spot on the fourth floor, but I would recommend parking on the 9th floor since that is where the unit is located. Although we didn’t have a reserved spot on the 9th we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. As long as the spot doesn’t have a number on it or is yellow you can park there. Some of the elevators were broken down meaning long waits to get down to the beach. The pool and beach areas are very crowded. If you don’t get an early start you may find it hard finding a place at the pool. We got up early each morning and took our tent to the beach so we didn’t have any issues as far as that goes. The wireless connection in the den area is very poor. We ended up connecting to unit 819’s wireless (819wireless is the passcode) while we were in the den and it worked find. Allison was great to work with and answered our questions in a timely manner. This review is in no way meant to negative, but just wanted to be open and honest. The property’s best feature is the pool, however, you could not find a space at the pool as people would come and lay down their towels on chairs and not return for hours- the pool is not large enough for the amount of renters and the parking was an all out nightmare. We had 2 cars but one designated space and you can park in any other space as long as it had an orange line- that only works if you have more than 7-10 per floor. And don’t think the designated signs meant much as we had to get someone towed from ours. The trash chute room for the first part of our stay was overflowing. The elevator situation was also unpleasant- again, the number of renters to elevator cars was totally not acceptable causing 20+ minute delays waiting at the elevators. Our property manager was excellent and the unit nice but the overall facility was not a pleasant experience ##### Joy M. Gorgeous views, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and perfect accommodations for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Having a reserved parking space was HUGE, as the parking garage is very full, and the overflow parking is a few blocks away. Allison, the owner, was easy to communicate with and answered my questions quickly. She also helped me resolve an issue after we checked out. The only thing that could be upgraded with this specific unit is the WiFi. We had an adequate signal in the bedrooms, but almost nothing in the rest of the unit. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the parking garage is VERY tight, and one evening it took us over 30 minutes to exit the garage from the 4th floor. Considering it is peak vacation season, the resort was very full, and elevators were hard to come by. (I actually never took one.) Multiple times during the week, the elevators were broken or stuck in between floors since they were overpacked. I would not recommend staying here if anyone in your group is incapable of going up and down 5 flights of stairs as the elevators are just too unpredictable. (Unit is on 9th floor, parking spot on 4th.) It was quite noisy at night. The balcony doors actually block out most of the noise (loud music from other guests, whooping and hollering across the resort, etc), but the noise at the back of the unit (in the bedrooms) from the street was very loud until after midnight almost every night. Traffic in this part of town is also very slow-moving. If I were rating Allison’s unit specifically, I would give it five stars because it truly is lovely, and all of my complaints are things that are out of her control. If I’m coming back to this part of PCB in the off-season, I would consider staying here again. But during peak time, I will probably look to stay a little further out in a quieter, less congested area. ##### Andrea P. It was clean, roomy and was stocked with everything we needed. That was the only good thing about this stay. The actual facility was horrible. There is not enough parking and the spaces are so narrow that you can hardly get your car in the space. We had one reserved space but it was on the 4th floor and our condo was on the 9th floor. We had a second car and when we finally found an open space we just left it there for the whole week and used the other car which was very inconvenient at times. That’s brings us to the next problem. There are not enough elevators. We waited up to 30 to 45 minutes for an elevator at times. It’s hard to walk 5 floors up the stairs loaded down with luggage and supplies. Next was the pool/beach areas. There are so many condos in this facility that unless you get up at the crack of dawn, you can’t find a place at the pool or the beach. It was so crowded you couldn’t even swim in the pool and finding a place on the beach was just as bad. I will NOT ever stay here again. It was a nightmare!! ##### Joan Y. It was clean and nice, great view, great spot! There are a lot of Jamaicans who work there and have great attitudes!
