It was spacious and clean. The only downside was the pool is not heated (was very cold) and apparently is an issue even with owners. They have tried to get this corrected and have at least one pool heated but no luck. I spoke with an owner at the pool. This was one reason we picked Aqua resort. Everything was good, but it could have been fantastic if a few simple things are addressed...Within 30 minutes of walking on the floor our feet were black meaning the floors were not cleaned well at all. Ceilings fans made horrible sqeaking noise and seemed like they were not anchored well, pots and pans need to be replaced as it was difficult to cook because the bottom of the pan was so warped that it took forever to heat everything up. Outlet in the twin bed bedroom was broken and drywall around it was damaged making it unsafe. Couch that was advertised was beautiful but in reality it was gross underneath and just had thin blankets covering it all up. Then the cleaning crew just walked in at 8am without knocking and we had not checked out yet. That was a very uncomfortable feeling as check out isnt until 10am. I have been in the retail/hospitality industry for 30 years and i believe in giving feedback in order to help improve. If you dont know, you dont have the opportunity to fix it for the next guest.
