Large covered back patio with 65" flatscreen in lounge area. Large turfed backyard with newly installed heated in-ground gunite pool with hot tub. Fenced for privacy. Small dog allowed with deposit. No other pets. Only offered Dec. 15\. 2023 thru March 15, 2024\.
