No issues at all. Condo has everything you need, plenty of towels for inside and beach use as well. Beach chairs are a really nice addition to the stay. Washing machine is a plus. The location is perfect right next to Pier Park Shopping district and super easy access to the beach. We especially loved the tiki bar located at the beach entrance. The location is perfect, even walking distance to Walmart and Target for anything that we needed to purchase throughout the week. The condo was super clean and actually smelled clean during our entire stay. The cleaning person does an amazing job. Well stocked with the everything for our stay. On the 7th floor and elevators didn’t have a long wait at all sometimes 0 wait. Great views of the beach, pier park and the pool. We loved the pool the most with a 2 year old there’s a ramp down that makes it easy for them to walk into and stand and play in the water. The location to pier park is great because you can just walk there and avoid the crazy traffic during the summer. The coffee shop/cafe downstairs is great too. You can stay here and not even have to drive anywhere. Also want to add the owner was super friendly and so fast to respond to texts.
