It does have a fence on three sides. No pets of any kind allowed. Palm Breeze at Inlet Beach is a pet-free home. If any breed of animal, large or small, is found to have been at the home, an additional cleaning fee of $1150 will be charged for deep cleaning and replacement of all bedding and rugs. Any person over the allowed eight-person maximum occupancy will be charged $55 per person per day. Primary guest (reservation holder) assumes responsibility for any and all damages to the property from all family members and guests. The primary guest who booked must be on property accompanying all guests for the duration of your stay. When we arrived, the house was clean and just as shown in the pictures and was just the right amount of space for our group of four. The house was equipped with a beach cart with beach chairs and an umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler, which were all total game changers for our beach days. The beach was a short walk from the house and was beautiful. The water was crystal clear so we enjoyed swimming and looking at the fish and we even got lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle! What really stood out about our stay was the host, Chris. I had requests and questions for him from the time that I booked the house and he was always extremely responsive and happy to accommodate and help where he could.
