There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The owners were pretty easy to get in touch with and sent plenty of helpful info. The condo has all of your basic needs! It was very clean, but the air vents in the rooms and upstairs hallway need to be cleaned. I only say this because one of our kids is highly allergic to dust and dander. Richard & Jeanne were prompt in responding to our inquiries. The house was stunning and made us feel right at home. It was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The resort offered great amenities for the kids, including numerous pools and its proximity to the beach made it ideal. Owning a washer and dryer was a bonus, and the showers always had hot water. We found plenty of beach essentials, such as boogie boards, chairs, and a few umbrellas for the beach. It was also a good option for beach toys for little ones. Short walk to the beach. We loved the putt putt on the property. The GHBR pool that overlooks the ocean is amazing. The pool has a restaurant, bar and restrooms that are private for GHBR quest only. The host always replied quickly. Autumn was our local contact for any issues & she was absolutely amazing. We had a clogged drain in the shower and she was quick to respond. The best was after a long day at the beach/pool we came back to dead batteries in our door entry lock. After a short panic on my part I reached out to Autumn she came to our rescue in 20 minutes.
