Beach Front Condo with Endless Gulf Views!

This condo is on the 11th Floor with amazing full view of the Gulf of America. Bring binoculars to watch the dolphins and other sea life right from the balcony.
NEW: Sofa bed
NEW: Memory foam queen mattress
NEW: Refurbished tennis court with pickleball lines.
Beach chairs with umbrella included with stay during March through October (a $55 per day value included with your stay).
We are right ON the beach, just an elevator ride down to the sand. Three outdoor pools and decking area to relax.
One heated pool: November - March
On the Beach!!!
Our condo is on the 11th floor and has a spectacular view of the Gulf and the beautiful white sandy beach. Enjoy one of the best views in PCB from the balcony and living area. There are three gulf-side pools (one is heated, November - March). You will have access to the fitness center.
Parking Pass: $35 prepay or pay on arrival.
Wristbands: $6 per guest.
Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Pineapple Willy's is next door. Shopping and entertainment are all within walking distance: Walmart, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Golf, bowling.
NEW Entertainment/Food Zone: 810 Billiards & Bowling across the street at Laketown Wharf.
The condo sleeps four. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area.
Maximum number of guests is four per HOA rules.
One registered guest must be age 25 or older to stay.
Linens and towels provided.

This was a great place for my wife and I. Perfect location, clean property and well furnished. The owner was very professional giving us local tips and suggestions to make our stay pleasant and convenient. Very thankful we found this property. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Great value / Great views!

Wonderful / safe complex, quiet and well kept, very clean grounds and great parking. The security attendant was helpful and welcoming each time we exited and entered.The unit on the 11th floor was compact and just right for our stay! Could not ask for a better view. An upgrade of the bed in the bedroom would make this place perfect : )

Spring Break '25

Came to enjoy Spring Break at the beach. We used the pools and were able to bar-b-que some delicious dinner too! The views were great and the people on the property and the staff were totally polite and friendly. Not too much problems with wild youths during spring break, We had room to have our daughter's friend stay a few nights over too while her family was at Seaside for the break. Tim communicated so well with us prior to our stay that it was seamless without any issues to check in and to leave.Thanks Tim

Gulf view, nice place!

We were very happy with our stay! The condo is clean, up to date and functional with plenty of towel bars, hangars, hooks, lighting, and “extras” like dvds, books, laundry detergent and balcony chairs. The area is touristy and very safe with a gated access and security guard! Cozy but perfect for 2 people!

Beautiful view

Condo had a beautiful complete view of the ocean. Nice balcony. The Sunbird had clean beautiful pools, one was heated to 85 degrees since it was February. New pickle ball courts that we used every morning, shuffle board and a nice fitness center. Gated parking lot made it feel safe. Condo was small and a little old, but view and amenities more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend for a couple.

Great experience

The property was as pictured and described, very clean, perfect location. It was small but good for a couple. The complex and beach was not crowded the week we were there so it was a very pleasant stay. We could not get the tv in the bedroom to work but the manager responded and it just needed a reset. Would recommend this property for a couple.
