Overall our stay was fabulous. The communication was excellent. The property was clean for the most part (what they could control). The location did have an issue with drones being flown around windows (drones are not allowed on property); when my husband reported it the security officer stated that he could not do anything about it if the drone was coming from the beach. My husband informed them it was taking off and landing on a balcony. The other issue is that I registered two vehicles and one got tagged with a warning. I went to security and showed them proof of payment for registering two vehicles and he verified that both vehicles were registered. They are taking care of it and training others on how to properly verify vehicles. (Rip currents are strong and people need to be mindful of the dangers. Please watch out for your family/friends and those around you. Do not swim when lifeguards are not patrolling.) ##### Michele M. First with the PROS: The condo itself and the views were amazing! There was plenty enough space for 6 adults. The owner was very quick to respond and accommodating. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas included, which was a bonus surprise to us! The condo is near restaurants and shopping. You can walk to Sharky's, which was one of our favorite places to eat. Overall, because of these things we would stay here again in the future! It was really a wonderful trip. Now for a few CONS: (not trying to complain, just trying to be helpful for the future) The place could probably use a good deep clean. It wasn't awful, just could have used a bit more attention. When we arrived there was an old dish sponge provided for us to wash dishes, not a new one. All the soaps at the sinks had water in them and not really any soap left. There was no laundry detergent, but we were expected to wash towels before we left, so we had to buy our own laundry detergent to do this. There was no real cleaning supplies available for us to use either. There was a stain on a shower curtain (we washed the shower curtain). Also a little bit of dust build up in the corners of some of the floors. If these small these could be addressed this would be a 5/5 property. ##### Sherylyn D. A wonderful condo with thoughtful touches and one of the best balconies overlooking the ocean! A wonderful place to stay!Our kids loved the pool and ocean access.
