View the beach surf from the front porch & and peek at the ocean from every room in the home. Located directly across the street from a family-owned grocery, the convenient location will unapologetically spoil you rotten! Nothing in our area compares to the nostalgic charm and superior location of this beach house! The home is in Laguna Beach, FL which is a perfect little 1-mile nook of WIDE OPEN BEACHFRONT waiting just for you! Laguna Beach is perfectly situated on the west end of Panama City Beach, FL. With that and the locally owned "Carousel" grocery right across the street, Back Beach BBQ and famous Thomas Donuts and Ice Cream within walking distance, what more could you want? You can literally come to the house, park your car, or Uber from the airport, and not get in a car again until departure day if you so choose! You can plant yourself on the beach sun up to sun down with the house and the grocery right there for anything you need. Wanna shop or go to restaurants? 4 miles east you will find "Pier Park" and 6 miles west of you the shops at Inlet Beach at 30A. The world is your oyster! Sleeping situation: There are (3) traditional bedrooms to sleep a maximum of (6) guest all upstairs. Featuring our 'sleep like a Rockstar' beds, we provide amazing Italian-made Frette bed linens and white noise makers from the National Sleep Foundation. We also have a dehumidifier that works in conjuntion with our brand new HVAC system, ensuring the most comfortable night of sleep your could ever have in a coastal home. As for bathrooms, the historic curator of the property wanted to keep the original floorplan in tact so as to preserve these magnifient tongue and groove shiplap walls. We're not talkin the dime a dozen Joanna Gaines style shiplap, but instead the real deal Holyfield nautical poplar and cypress shiplap of days gone by. With that, there is one original bathroom on the main level and one full bath on the upstairs level. Each features a large walk-in shower with frameless glass doors and Delta handheld showers for your convenience and enjoyment. Groups tell us that they gravitate to our property when seeking a perfect space for a special celebratory memorable occasion. With the gathering spaces inside and out, you will have lots of opportunities for quality time spent together. Our property has been professional designed and decorated, with the perfect marriage of vintage features blended with modern comforts. Guests will have access to all the main living areas of the home including the family room, kitchen, and those infamous historic porches. The kitchen has everything you need for a convenient stay, to include a dual keurig/carafe coffee maker and blender. You will want for nothing during your stay! We keep basic household items fully stocked for your convenience. Anything missing you will find immediately next door at the locally owned beachfront Carousel Supermarket. We provide a smart lock code for your use in accessing the property so it makes it easy for all in the group to come and go as you like! Hands down this is the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything you need to have the perfect vacation is there. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, we made many meals together. Beach access is steps away from your door. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers were in the Fisherman’s shed available to use. The neighborhood was super quiet and friendly. We felt right at home. Linens, decor, and and furnishings were simply beautiful. A lot of love went into this property and it shows. We really wanted a place to unwind and relax, and this house was just the place. Ashley was wonderful to work with before and during the stay, she was extremely helpful and professional. The description of the home is spot on in the listing. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at the house, outside grill was great too! The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The house also had plenty of towels and beach towels, no need to bring any if you are staying here. The back covered patio provides plenty of room to lounge at night. The shed in the backyard has plenty of beach items including kids toys for the beach and 6-7 beach chairs. Overall, this place was a 10 out of 10! The best part is its location! The Carousel Grocery store is right across the street, we love this grocery store. The beach is steps away from the front porch, you can see the ocean while standing on it. Our family of four (two teens) loved staying here. We wouldn't change a single thing. The location was perfect if you like the quieter end (which we love). The super nice grocery store across the street was so convenient. You can see the Gulf from the front porch. Thomas Donuts was a very short walk down the street. We loved sitting on the front and the back porches, so cozy. The outdoor shower was one of the nicest ones we've encountered through all our travels. The beds were super comfy and our teens said they slept better there than at home. The house is fully stocked on absolutely anything you could need. Our kids used some beach stuff from the shed and we loved the beach towels provided. Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, shower soaps, all provided. We didn't need to pack or buy anything extra. Communication with Ashley was great. She was very helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again.
