Start your day on your oceanfront balcony sipping your favorite cup of coffee. This beautifully remodeled condo features the best in furnishings, beachy decor, remodeled showers, shiplap molding, private grill, resort pool, hot tub and pool bar. Breezy-Living is a short 1/2 mile walk to Pier Park and 1.3 miles to Frank Brown park. This is everything a vacation home should be. Relax on the white sand beach with your toes in the sand as your kids boogie board in the crystal clear ocean or build elaborate sandcastles next to you. Don't worry about lugging all your beach gear from home. This luxury condo provides complimentary beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) seasonally, March through October weather permitting, and a storage closet stocked with some additional beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for your use. Don't forget to take a break from the beach and go for a swim in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub. During the season, eat lunch and get a drink for the poolside Wine Bar. Sit at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or dining area table (seats 6) and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico while eating your meals or playing one of the provided family-friendly boardgames. Relax in the oceanfront living room on our very comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa and chairs as you watch the 75" 4k Smart TV streaming your favorite shows and movies after a fun-filled day at the beach. The condo can comfortably sleep 8 people. Bedrooms: (1)The Oceanfront Master bedroom features a walkout sliding glass door to the oceanfront balcony, a king size bed with pillow-top mattress, a 65" Smart TV and an attached bathroom with dual his/her vanities and an enormous shower. (2) The Second Bedroom has 2 sets of twin-sized bunk beds. Kids won't argue over charging their electronics in this room as each bunk includes its own built-in dimmable light and electrical outlet with 2 outlets and 2 built-in USB charging ports. The Second Bedroom also includes a wall mounted Smart TV with an easily accessible HDMI port to plug in your own HDMI device. The Living Room sectional includes a queen-sized pullout sleeper that can accommodate 2 additional guests for sleeping. After a family-fun day at the beach, keep the sand out of the condo by storing both the provided beach toys and chairs and any of your beach items in the storage closet conveniently located just outside the condo. Relax on your large private west-facing corner balcony in the comfortable polywood table and chairs and bistro set as you watch the most amazing sunsets in the world. Look for dolphins, stingrays and turtles as you cook your family's dinner on the balcony's private electric grill. If you don't want to cook, no worries - take a short walk to the famous Dusty's Oyster Bar or Pier Park. Condo features in-unit washer and dryer and free WiFi. The resort is equipped with security cameras throughout the common areas. Additionally, the condo has cameras at the front exterior door. Breezy Living is the perfect condo to make lifetime family memories on the beautiful Emerald Coast. If you need more or less room than the 2 bedrooms, this property can also be rented as either the full 3 bedroom property or a studio with kitchenette suite. It was very clean and spotless and had everything you needed to make you feel at home. It is located right on the beach front as soon as walked out of the condo we were at the beach, the pool area was perfect. The view from the balcony was nice. This condo is perfect for a weekend or week getaway. The host Laurine was very nice and responded promptly to any questions I had. The host provided beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, board games, etc. during the stay this was definitely a bonus ! This condo has a separate “wing” with the bunk room, bath and laundry- our girls loved their privacy. It also was fully stocked with plenty of towels and toiletry samples. If you are looking for a serene, well maintained, and clean place to stay in Panama City Beach look no further! This condo has everything you need to enjoy the beach with your family and friends. It is located on the 21st floor and the view is surreal. The photos don’t do it justice! Very spacious and the split floor plan makes it feel even larger. I love the large entryway hallway that made it easy to shed the sand and not drag it into the condo. The couch in the living room is so comfy. Convenient location, very close to grocery store, shopping, and and restaurants. 10/10 beautiful condo! It was even more spacious than the pictures showed! The kids fit in the bunk beds well & we brought a pack in play for the infant. We enjoyed the balcony from the 21st floor every morning & evening. The ease of going to the pool & the beach during the days was also a huge perk. The property owners were overly accommodating as well & were extremely responsive with all our questions. The check out process was also extremely effortless. The location was walking distance to pier park but far enough away from the activity to still have the peaceful getaway we were looking forward to. It was extremely clean, very spacious, adorably decorated, and supplied with all the basic items you may need and more. Staying in this cute, cozy, modern condo you will get the best view from the balcony as it's on the corner so you have an amazing upfront view of the beach, a side view further down the beach and over and above the city's beautiful lights that shine bright at night. The balcony can be accessed via the living room and master bedroom. We loved waking up in the morning and spending time on the balcony listening to ocean waves crash against the beach. Being so high up gives you an impeccable view across the sea and allows you to see fish, dolphins, and other sea creatures swimming around. There is an external storage closet outside of the unit that is filled with beach supplies as well. Also, there is a video doorbell affixed on the door which personally gave me a sense of peace that we and our personal items would be safe while we were out. Not only was the condo itself simply perfect and amazing but the hosts are more than kind and accommodating. From reservation to exiting on your final day, they are there for you if needed. They checked in with us via email after arrival to make sure we didn't need anything and were very kind and reliable. We will definitely be booking our next stay at this same beautiful condo and wonderful hosts! It was our best vacation yet! ##### Ken A. This was such a relaxing vacation! The furniture it brand new. Sofa isn't broken In yet.😊 the bed hugs you when you sleep. The home was beautiful. It smelled super clean when we walked in. The view was spectacular! We stayed on the balcony more than we stayed on the beach. Communication was beyond wonderful. We decided somewhat last minute to go away for spring break and after searching several properties, we came across this one. The decor completely caught my eye. Bright, fresh, updated and upon arrival did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our girls ( they loved the bunks with lights and charging stations!) we loved the view of the ocean and we were super excited to see dolphins playing one day and sting rays another day right from our balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable (especially the master - wish we knew what brand it was!!). Location to pier park was awesome as well. We walked down to dinner and shopping, And a few trips out on to the pier to see what people were catching. The owners were extremely quick to respond if we had questions and extremely helpful and kind to speak with.
