Pelican Walk 107 is a BEAUTIFUL Beach Front, Ground Floor 1 Bedroom - 2 Bath DELUXE Condominium at Pelican Walk! Completely remodeled in a coastal beach décor, this ground floor condo is one of the most desirable condos at Pelican Walk because of the floor to ceiling windows, dynamic view, and easy access to the beach and pools. You are literally right on the BEACH! The views from the patio and inside the condo are simply STUNNING! There is no other property in PCB that can offer this view! *The condo comes with FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service on the beach seasonally March through October!

Pelican Walk 107 is a Deluxe 1 bedroom, 1000 square foot condo, featuring a king size bed in the bedroom with a newly remodeled custom tile shower in the adjoining private bathroom! There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area and a full bathroom for guests. For the SEC Sports Fan's, there is a NEW 85" TV in the living area! On the patio are traditional curve back Adirondack chairs where you can sit and look straight out to the beach or relax and soak up the sun! Unit 107 sleeps up to 4 guests and stays rented all year so make your plans early!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook and eat in. There is also a washer & dryer in the condo. Free Wi-Fi and Free Parking!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to offer: restaurants, seafood markets, ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf, St. Andrews State Park, and so much more! All with in a 1 - 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to many amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools (west side pool heated seasonally October through April), hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickle ball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, gas & charcoal grill areas, and MORE!

Having two small children the location to the beach access was very convenient. Literally 5 feet away! The unit's spacious floor plan allowed us to have room for all our beach gear without feeling crowded. We will most defiantly stay here again!
