WHAT MAKES MY CONDO SPECIAL IS THE EASY ACCESS FROM PARKING TO THE CONDO AND FROM THE CONDO TO THE BEACH and THE AWESOME VIEW FROM THE BALCONY OF THE GULF OF MEXICO.. PRICELESS VIEW... WE ALSO HAVE A GATED PARKING LOT WHICH MAKES IT VERY SAFE FOR YOUR VEHICLES UNLIKE HOTELS. SNOWBIRDS ARE WELCOME . DON'T FORGET THAT SUNBIRD CONDOMINIUM'S COMPLEX IS LOCATED CLOSE TO WALMART , TONS OF SHOPPING AND GREAT PLACES TO EAT...

This condo was beautiful with breathtaking views of the beach!!! I felt at home the whole time and the inside of the condo it’s beautiful!!! Everything in it is brand-new!!! I would for sure run this condo again!!! The owner is very nice, friendly, and responds very quickly!!! I have nothing bad to say about this place!
