We did call and need one tv reset, and within minutes a person was at our door and we were good to go. Their responses are always prompt, kind, and gracious. They make booking easy. Location is great. Very close to the race venue at Pier Park. The condo itself was good. Everything(AC, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc) worked fine. Location on the 6th floor was good. Elevators wait wasn’t too long. Beach chairs weren’t in great shape. We used them one day and the rest of the stay we opted for the pool. Beds were comfortable. Floor was a bit dirty plus there were some areas in two of the bathrooms that could have used a bit more cleaning attention. Family members aged 33 to 85 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The balcony and view were fabulous. The condo was clean and nicely decorated.
