They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. We had a total of 4 (us parents, and our 2 sons in high school and college). The room set-up (2 x queen beds & 1 king bed) was perfect for us, and the rest of the space met our needs to do some cooking, sunset viewing, game playing and movie watching. The owner was super responsive to our needs. We had a small glitch with wrist-bands and the owner addressed it in mere minutes. Location is fantastic - near to all sorts of fun activities (we did bowling, escape room and go-karts), great restaurants and of course the beach. We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! The property owner was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure all our questions were answered quickly. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, and the resort had amazing amenities including three pools, four hot tubs, and even a restaurant by the pool. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, easily accommodating our family of four with room to spare for a larger group. We loved the thoughtful touches like stocked paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, cozy blankets for movie nights, and plenty of games to enjoy. Owner, Jeff, was responsive and provided all necessary information for check in and amenities. The condo is the perfect location with pool and Gulf of Mexico views and convenient walking bridge to the convention center. Our family had the best time and would stay at this condo again.
