Perfect Beach Trip

We had a great family vacation staying here. This condo was very thing we needed, and the location was great. We loved the giant family games located at the pool(chess, checkers, connect 4, ping pong, cornhole, ect...). With an add on Bonus of Free Adult tickets and discounts on lots of fun activities. It was also great to have our check-in done before hand so we didnt have to check-in when we arrived. Four Star Management Company was absolutely AMAZING! We will definitely be staying here again. Our stay here was also 100% Kid Aproved.

Everything was lovely. From the condo to the view to all the surrounding spots was great. Only thing the condo should've had more towels. It was 5 of us and there were only set of towels for 4 people.

Great location comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlooking the gulf was amazing we spent many hours out there. So quick and easy to get to the beach where you could rent chairs and umbrellas or schedule a dolphin tour or jet skis! You could walk to many restaurants and shops plus there was a convenience store just across the street for snacks and drinks. The kids loved the onsite Starbucks and ice cream. The condo was clean and comfortable plenty of room. There were three of us but would have easy accommodated 6. Only thing I felt was lacking was dish soap, salt and pepper! There was detergent for the dishwasher but nothing to the dishes by hand.

The views were breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony was the highlight of our mornings. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to tons of great shops and restaurants, which made exploring super convenient. The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were also super helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway, this is the spot! We'll definitely be coming back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice property and perfect location. We booked for 3 months. What really made the difference was the management company. We found several minor issues that needed attention. The management company rapidly responded to any concerns we had. All minor issues were resolved in 24 hours. We were always contacted ahead of time when there were safety and scheduled maintenance. We highly recommend this property and would rent from four star condos in the future.

Four Star Condo Staff is Excellent!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience booking directly through Four Star Condo. I loved the condo complex! Close proximity to the beach. Loved the food bar. Sky bar was nice to mingle with other people, watch Karaoke. I am a woman traveling alone & felt very safe. Parking situation may be a bit much for some. Deck is across the street, connected by a skybridge. Does require extra effort to unload & transport stuff to condo as deck floors are angled so bracing the luggage cart to keep it from rolling downhill was tricky. There isn't a handicap button to open the door to the skybridge so you have to open the door & push luggage cart at the same time. The elevator situation is confusing on arrival as there are multiple sets elevators. I scoped it out 1st before I unloaded & was glad I did! The condo had a great stocked kitchen. Condo is on the small size. I feel 4 people would be crowded. Suggestions- tub drain needs to be cleared. I'm sure it is full of hair & just needs to be cleaned out. I have this same issue at home. Tub filled up to overflow level while showering. I would move the large bedside table to the bathroom side of the bed so there is more space between footboard & bathroom door. I hit my hip on it a lot. Don't shower with the bedroom door open because it will set off the fire alarm in the bedroom. This happened 2X. Needs a new door sweep on bottom of entrance door. Overall Great Condo and great staff at FSC! I will return to this condo! Loved it so much I extended my stay to 3 weeks!

Nice condo for a beach getaway

Reviewer Comments: the condo was just like the pictures and very clean. we had good instructions for parking and door code. property management was helpful. towel rack fell when we got a towel off of it, but looks like it can be tightened with proper tools. No complaints about the unit. unfortunately even 23 floors up you can still hear the loud revving engines and honking of the traffic below, and you can smell everything nearby units are cooking. not very sound proof building, but I'm sure it is like that at a lot of places. Beautiful view of the beach and water, and from the front door you get a great view of the sunrise! We enjoyed our stay!

OK, but minor disappointments

Pros: The 23rd floor view is amazing. The doorlock/keypad worked flawlessly. The condo provided the essentials. Bed was comfy. Cons: Coffee table was extremely wobbly due to a screw being loose. No childproof lock on the patio door. The TV was very old (not smart TV) and would cut in/out making it impossible to watch TV. The TV remote did not work so we had to use the buttons on the side of the TV to change channels/volume.

Communication

First I tried communicating with the property manager to see if we could move the dates. Because we would be riding motorcycles and the weather was bad. We were very flexible on dates even offered to pay to move the dates. We received one response. Then they would not answer anymore. Then we showed up the listing said 3 bedroom and it was only a 1 bedroom. They said they could give us a refund but we would not be able to use the room. Had to pay more money to be moved to a 2 bedroom. We even tried calling to work things out. Was told the only person that could make decisions was not in and would not be back till after our stay. This is a very bad property management company as far as customer service goes.
