Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort amenities include private beach access, 11 pools, four hot tubs, golf, basketball, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, fitness center, Pro-Shop and restaurants. Beginning March 1, 2025 our guests can play Pickleball, Tennis, Basketball, Shuffleboard and use the Fitness Center absolutely FREE! (Golf Course has fees).

Welcome to Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort Villa 516 "After Dune Delight". Our newly remodeled two-bedroom two bath Villa at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is located on the 2nd floor of the coveted 500 Building, which is the building closest to the pedestrian bridge and just across from the convention center. Just a short walk over the bridge and you're on the beach or at the lagoon pool with complete food and bar service. Enjoy sunsets from the oversized covered balcony that overlooks the water feature of the golf course and is accessible from the living room or master bedroom. The golf villas have 7 pools (heated in winter months) and one is just a few steps away for you to enjoy. There is also a 11,000 square foot Polynesian style lagoon pool on the beach side along with two hot tubs. The lagoon pool is adjacent to the beach and has plenty of deck space for relaxing.

The large master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen television with Roku streaming, patio access, separate vanity, an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower, plus a huge walk-in closet. A bedside chest and dresser provide storage space. The second bedroom also features a king bed, dresser, flat screen television with Roku streaming, closet and a full bathroom with a shower/bath combo. A built-in hair dryer is available for your convenience. Towels, hand towels and wash cloths have also been provided.

The living room is spacious with a flat screen television and has updated furnishings including a new queen sofa sleeper and love seat. This Villa has a large, updated kitchen with beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The fully equipped kitchen has a Keurig Duo coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot and everything you need to prepare your own meals, or you can dine at one of the many restaurants nearby. This villa has gorgeous tile floors and luxury LVP flooring in the bedrooms. Free WiFi Internet is available in the condo for our guests along with Roku streaming.

A large capacity front load washer/dryer is available in the unit as well as a full-size dishwasher.

-->The Edgewater Guest Registration Resort Fee is included with your booking and includes one parking pass. You will receive your car pass at the security gate the day of arrival. An additional parking pass can be purchased if needed. Owner will complete the Guest Registration online a few days prior to your arrival date and you will receive a confirmation email.

This is a non-smoking/vaping Unit along with a fully Enforced NO Pet Policy. Must be age 25 to rent and adult age 25 must stay in the condo for duration of stay.

CHECK-IN is after 4 PM CST and CHECK-OUT is 10 AM CST.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq ft lagoon pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools (winter months), 4 hot tubs, Ocean's full-service restaurant & bar (including Pizza), Edgie's Market/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 Hole Golf Course ,11 Tennis Courts, Pickleball and Convention Center. Jet-skiing, parasailing and lounge chairs with umbrella rentals are all available beachside. There is a fee for Golf please pay at The Club of Edgewater.

There is a free tram available March 1 through October 31, which will take you across the bridge to the beach or lagoon pool.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Spring break

We enjoyed our trip so much! The location was amazing, condo was beautiful, clean, and close to the pools and beach. We LOVED the added beach umbrella and chairs. We will definitely look at returning here.

Very nice. Would stay there again. Very well decorated and great location. Only down side is that is gets little warm, not to to bad. However, I like to be an ICE BOX. Overall great place to stay.

2 of my marine veterans and myself stayed at Mrs.Carolyn place..it was very comfy, quite at night as far as the living community. Gated n security..even had a separate lot to park bike trailer..Mrs.Carolyn was greatas a host and making you feel comfortable.She even checked on a like a waiter to make sure we were good

Great Location!

Location: The picture for the listing leads you to believe the property is on the beach, but it's not. It's on the other side of Front Beach Rd., and that's okay. The bridge leading to the other side of the property where the beach and lagoon pool are, is very close to the condo. And the small pool is also very close to the condo. Cleanliness: The condo was clean for the most part, however, the floor is extremely dirty. We don't use shoes in our own home so when we were walking on the floors with our bare feet, they were covered in black dirt/film so that was kind of gross. BRING TOILET PAPER! There was only one roll in each bathroom and no replacement. Also bring dish soap if you plan on hand-washing dishes. The owner provided two dishwasher pods. Communication: The owner was very good and communicating with us. She even told us about the beach chair/umbrella rental she had lined up for us. We really enjoyed that. Overall: We enjoyed it very much! Just remember to bring toilet paper, dish soap, liquid hand soap if you prefer that, otherwise there is bar soap provided.

Great Location

I enjoyed the home. The owner of the home, is a great she responds quickly. The location, we loved it. The golf cart picks you up to take you across the bridge to the beach area. I would stay again!!

Wonderful Vacation

Lovely condo only a short walk to the beach. Very clean. Easy access to all things you would need/want on a vacation at the beach. You really don't have to go off site. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice condo, just not what we were expecting

After Dune Delight is a very nice condo, the inside looks just like the pictures on the website. The outside of the condo with the pictures of the beautiful pools looks nothing like the website, those pools are across the street at the Edgewater Beach Resort on the Gulf. You have to either get in your car and drive there or call the security guard and request a trolly ride over and a second request for a return ride back. This is a nice place but I would prefer to spend my vacation in a condo on the beach with the pretty pools within walking distance of my door.

PCB Vacay

The property was in a great location and easy to access. We had a few issues with ac not cooling the first full day but it worked fine after that. I slipped and fell in the hallway because the floors were sandy and slick when we got there. Cleaning crew needs to sweep and vacuum floors better. We could see sand and dirt in corners. The fold out sofa bed will not pull out very well. We got it out once but never could pull it out again. All in all it was good.
