Overall it was clean except for the floors. There were still sand on the floor from the previous stay. The location of this property was very convenient to the beach. Unfortunately when we arrived the floors were very dirty. They were still covered in sand as if they weren’t cleaned after the last tenant. The upstairs was very hot and never got below 74\.
