There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. It has all the amenities that you can think of and need for a relaxing and fun stay. We may have just found our future Happy Place! I cannot say enough about this Property! The perfect place on the beach. Step off the huge deck where the Beach awaits you! We enjoyed the home and outside deck so much, we didn't even get a chance to use the hot tub! The mini putt putt course, corn hole and Large Bunk Bed Room with games, sitting area with large TV make it Perfect for a family with Kids! Household amenities were more than I could have ever imagined! To Top it all off, if there is such a thing, Tim is the Hostest with the Mostest! Loved hanging on the deck with family of all ages. Kitchen was one of the best stocked places we’ve stayed. Private upstairs room was a perfect place for my office. The group agreed this was the best rental experience so far. Super combination of space, amenities, and direct beach access. Oleander Drive is a little jewel just off Front Beach Road. Perfect for our 3 families,12 of us. The home layout is awesome and very clean. Absolutely what I expected based on the photos. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Lots of beach chairs and sand toys to take to the beach. Check-in and Check-out was very easy. Tim (host) was available if we needed him. Kids had their dream bunk room. Adults enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. Beach was not crowded and water was beautiful. Made for a fabulous week. We will definitely stay there again. There was so much to do that not once did a kid say they were bored, ask to play on a tablet or watch TV. We call that a success! The beach access was excellent. The house was so incredibly stocked. The bathrooms and kitchen had everything you needed. There were toys for the beach along with chairs and tents. The outside showers allowed us to keep the house relatively clean even with the younger kids. The furniture was big enough for us to enjoy each other but there was enough space that people could have their own space when they needed it. I would return again and again and again. ##### Cathy L. From the excellent communication with Tim to all the thoughtful amenities that are included like sound machines in each room and phone/watch chargers to 8 beach chairs, you won’t be lacking anything. The house is so clean and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. You cannot beat the views of this place. It was great being right on the beach. We enjoyed our days sitting on the deck watching the waves. It was great to have the hot tub and sauna to use as well. The kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals at home. We were greeted as house guests and given a lovely tour. The property is immaculate. Amazing amenities. 60ft of private & natural beach frontage. A vintage gem with original palm trees. We just cannot give enough compliments to the owner Tim for providing us with the greatest vacation resort home. The house was spacious with 5 bedrooms … one of which was designed for our 4 grandchildren with separate living space, 72” tv, fooseball, electronic arcade game machine, and comfortable beds. The linens, bedding, and mattresses were extremely comfortable…the towels were luxurious, the kitchen was exemplary with large family room and large dining room to accommodate all 11 of us. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the new cedar sauna, the cold plunge tub, putting green, and corn home game…all located on an enormous deck with lots of wonderful lounge furniture. The house is located right on the most pristine beach area and our host provided boogie boards , beach chairs and huge shade tent. It was heaven! ##### Maureen S. The deck facing the ocean featured a sauna, cool plunge, and hot tub, which made it a perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. I use a cool plunge and sauna daily, so having these facilities on hand was a major highlight. The owner thoughtfully provided cornhole, frisbees, bocce ball, a beach tent, and many other items that made our beach days even more enjoyable. The house was fantastic, with a spacious great room that served as the ideal gathering place for our family in the evenings. Every room had a large TV, ensuring everyone had their entertainment options. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, providing the perfect combination of relaxation and fun.
