We really enjoyed the house. It was nice and had nice beach themed decor. It was just a couple blocks from the ocean at the end of a dead end street. Very quiet and private. Beautiful neighborhood. This property is a great little place with SO MUCH potential! The location is convenient and there's so much close by with easy access to the beach. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the house, which had NOTHING to do with the property owner or management. They were great to work with and handled it all right away. The beach was more like 2 blocks away because the house is on a dead end street so we had to walk to the end of the street, around the block, and across the street to get to the beach. There was no outside grill as indicated on description. We also never found the pool that was suppose to be available. I did call management about three times to ask about the grill and pool and was told by the person on the other end they didn't know but they would find out and call me back. I never received a call back, so we just did without those amenities. Luckily, there wasn't any major problems since management did not return inquires. ##### Linda B. Easy walk to beach entrance 75\. Not too crowded section considering it was Labor Day weekend.
