Property includes dedicated Rosemary Beach® community Beach Access via 9 Private Beach Walkovers. Beach chair service available for an additional cost through RBPOA Beach Service. Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.

This beautiful Rosemary Beach Home is very close to town and offers sun-lit rooms, a heated pool and 4 bikes.

Enter through a welcoming foyer which leads to an open-concept living room and kitchen space. The living area boasts an inviting gas fireplace, smart tv and a Sonos surround sound experience. The adjacent dining area seats 8 persons plus 4 additional seats at the large kitchen island. The chef in the family will love the bright kitchen which is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware and supplies. Off of the kitchen, there is an office/laundry combination space with a printer and Electrolux washer and dryer.

The living area opens directly into a beautiful courtyard that offers a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, dining space, gas grill and fireplace for evening gatherings.

The main floor master bedroom is designed for parents or grandparents and provides direct access to the pool area. As you head upstairs you'll enter the newly designed second floor living area. A large sectional sofa invites family to lounge together, read or watch movies on a new wall-mounted smart tv. Step outside where you'll find a large upper porch great for sitting in the cool shade.

The second master bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a large bath with double sinks, a large closet and tiled shower. A newly constructed bunk room sleeps 6 with plenty of space to hang out with friends or play games. The fourth bedroom has a queen-bed with a private bath and tub-shower combination.
The second floor also includes a second laundry area with Electrolux washer and dryer.

Included with the property's rental is access to Rosemary Beach, 4 community pools, and 4 adult bikes.
