There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. I booked to stay across the street to save money. It wasn’t a bad walk at all, plus the golf carts would bring you back to villa. I never figured out how to catch a cart to go to the beach. Read details instead of going off pictures. I went by pics thinking it was a two bedroom villa but it’s two Queen beds in one bedroom with pull out sofa which was fine but would preferred two bedroom.
