Relax lakeside on the lowest level with bench seating & firepit. Enjoy your morning coffee on the 3rd level with peekaboo views of the Gulf. When not at the beach, enjoy paddling around the lake & fishing since the home comes with kayaks, canoes, & paddle boats. Record size bass and brim in this lake! On the other side of the lake is a bar/restaurant; walk or paddle to it if you don't feel like cooking. The Gameroom is perfect for those rainy Florida days. Unlike many vacation rentals, this place has plenty of parking! Lots of driveway space. Plenty of off-street parking is definitely a bonus.

Beautiful Patio View

This place was so nice! It’s so close to the beach so it’s an easy walk. It was overall an amazing stay and my family truly enjoyed themselves. The only issues we ran into was the fire pit not working and the downstairs area doesn’t really have an vents in the room so it occasionally got really warm but the fans definitely helped! We ran into an issue with the fire pi not working but the host was so kind to assist us with that! The host was an amazing host the whole time and had great response time too!

Water views all around

Great property for multi generational family. The walk to the beach was so easy and mornings and evenings on the deck watching the pond peaceful. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are large with plenty of space for a pack and play. The downstairs room got cold our last night. But we never looked to see if there is a thermostat downstairs. If traveling with someone with mobility issues be aware this property has alpt of stairs, so large with plenty of space for extas like

This house was great for my family. It has 6 rooms and 4 bathrooms. It also has an outdoor shower. We had 10 adults and one 2 year old. This house is maybe half a block to the beach. Easy walk and straight to the beach entrance. House had a canoe, kayaks, fishing poles, kids toys. Only thing I would include is Tupperware in kitchen and kids plates/cups. Other than that it was perfect!

Great location to beach.

Great location for beach. There was beach access at the end of the street, so very nice to be able to walk. The property had a wagon we could haul our things in. We also enjoyed watching the turtles from the top deck. They provided everything we needed, had plenty of towels. Although we did not cook the kitchen looks like it was set up well. The host was easy to get ahold of.

Stop scrolling and book this property!

This property has everything you need for a great vacation, and more! From kids to teenagers and adults, there was plenty of space to hang out and loads of amenities. From fishing on the dock, to having an extra wagon to tote stuff to the beach and enjoying a drink and a meal on the upper deck, there were supplies to cater to everything. The walk to the beach was less than a block, and once there not crowded at all. Kevin was incredibly responsive, check in and check out was easy and smooth. We had a fantastic stay and would totally stay here or at one of his other properties in a heartbeat!

VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY

GREAT TIME WALK TO OCEAN EASY DRIVE TO RESTAURANTS HOUSE WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 12 DID NOT USE BOTTOM DECK OR LAKE BUT NICE VIEW ANY WAY. GOOD TIMES.
