Family Friendly Waterfront Beach Condo-Discount for healthcare & firefighters.

Avoid the elevators as much as possible at Laketown Wharf!!! This spacious, beach condo is on the first floor- walk 3 flights of stairs to your vacation paradise. Private beach access only a 5 min walk from the front door. Watch the nightly water show from the private balcony. 5 pools, one hot tub, fitness center, putting green, restaurants both onsite and within walking distance. 15 min drive to Pier Park.

For bookings made from Oct 22, 2022 onward, we offer additional 10% off the base rental rate for military, firefighters, and health care workers! Just send us an inquiry with your dates and I’ll adjust the price for you.

$90 + tax flat fee per reservation (up to 8 guests) for wrist bands and parking passes (2 vehicles) to park in the on site parking garage during your stay (included in reservations fees made on or after April 24, 2025)

We have a ring security camera outside the front door that will be on for the duration of your stay.

Family vacation

We stayed here for our fall break. The beach was right across the street and everything was so close to the condo. We didnt have to drive far for anything. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay! Being on the first floor was a huge help because we didn’t have to worry about waiting on the elevators. There was plenty of room for my family of 6 to have their own space when needed. It was really nice that there was a wagon with beach chairs in the condo for us to use. We love staying at the Wharf!

The condo was perfect. And definitely a perk to not have to use the elevators and walk one flight of stairs to the ground. Main pool was really nice, 10th floor pool has seen better days (property aging a bit) but the actual condo was really great!! We enjoyed the beach access and had a blast!

Highly recommend this condo unit!

The owners responded within 15 minutes for any and all questions that we had. They also provided a lot of information prior to arrival that made it so easy to checkin. The condo was very clean when we arrived and was so welcoming/cozy! We had a family of 8 plus 1 infant which fit us all comfortably. Being on the 1st floor was so convenient. We will definitely stay again if we come back to PCB and highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay!

Family vacation

The property was very nice and clean. The host was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions promptly. Advice I could give is, take the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator because being on the first floor you will never get on in the busy months. Bring extra toilet tissue and paper towels bc the cleaning lady only left us two already opened rolls of tissue, which was no fault of the host at all. Overall the property is perfect and you get a front row seat to the water show each night. Being on the first floor is easy access and just one row of stairs and you leave all of the elevator waiting behind. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo very much.

Perfect place

Loved the condo and view. Loved that the resort is strict on people being there. Can only be there or at the pools if you are staying at the resort. Location was perfect! Condo was exactly as descibed! Had an amazing time!

Great Location, Great Condo, Great Time!

If you're looking for a great place to just get away, this condo is the best place with everything that you need. Being on the first floor, you don't even need to use the elevator most of the time. You can use the stairs to get to the ground floor. It's only 2 flights of stairs. The hosts were great and were very responsive.

Great location, clean room

From the booking process to staying and check out was a smooth transaction. Laketown warf was a great place to stay. This being on the 1st floor was ideal. The elevators at laketown warf can be challenging but being on the 1st floor made it so much easier. The hosts are absolutely great and quick to respond no matter what time. Would definitely recommend.

AMAZING

We were coming to PCB to get married on the beach and the owner made our stay extra special! We had roses, a gift, a sweet card, champagne and so much more! Definitely a stay to remember! The master suite is amazing! First floor location was so helpful because the elevators are HORRIBLE at Laketown. You will not regret booking your stay here!

Dance beach trip

It was our first trip to Panama City Beach. My daughter and I were there with one of her dance friends and her parents for a dance competition. The condo was clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. It was quiet and is a very convenient location. Close to places to eat, Walmart, the dance venue, and a quick and easy walk across the street to the beach. Would definitely recommend it and will stay there again if we come back to PCB.

Beautiful Place

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was nice and big and roomy. The shower in the master bathroom was amazing. Very clean and kept up nice. The elevators can take awhile at the resort so being able to walk up to the room was very convenient. Our younger boys had a blast at the main pool. It is a little bit of a walk from the room but not bad. There is the island pool that is right by where the room is. Andrea was very quick to reply to messages. We actually arrived a little early and she saw that and went ahead and made it so we could get in the room. The only “bad” thing I would say and it really isn’t bad, is the top bunk is a little hard to get up and down into. None of our kiddos actually used it. Would recommend the owners and the room hands down. Thanks for a great stay!
