First, this listing is managed by a company - not an individual owner which has pros and cons. Second, there are significant additional fees you only know about if you read ALL THE WAY to the end of the listing. Parking is not free. Amenities, including the pool and beach access are not free. Pls read the listing carefully. Finally, we had two major safety issues. One was taken care of very quickly with a small repair. The second was pretty serious and their resolution time was very delayed! Our code was delete the evening before our stay ended, locking us out. Luckily one person in our party was still in the house, as were our 2 yr old and 5 yr old! If it had been just the 2 yr old it would have been EXTREMELY dangerous. It took over 30 minutes to get ahold of someone from the property agency to get the code reset. This was much too long! ##### Sharon P.
