The owner was awesome. She was very polite and helpful. The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking and could have been better prepared. It was very clean very big, extremely well taken care of. We loved every part of it 26 years of marriage mini vacations to PCB by far the greatest experience we’ve ever had there I would recommend this particular to anyone searching the view is breathtaking And the property was perfect. My wife and I and my children loved it! Perfect height being the 15th story for a great view of the ocean and pier, and the inside has a very beautiful style of luxury and traditional Florida style furniture. It was extremely comfortable and relaxing after being in the sun and on the beach all day. Perfect spot for convenient walking to and from pier park and shopping. ##### Jon V. Even before arrival Joanne was quick to answer all questions and concerns we had. The condo was clean and as shown in pictures. Location was amazing with views of the golf and the peir. We were able to walk to the peir one morning and see people fishing, and walk to restaurants and shops during the day. The condo was quite, and family friendly. One of the cleanest places and properties we have ever stayed in. The host’s condo was well furnished and she was amazing to communicate with. You need a printed copy of the parking pass (across the street with a cross over). The chair rentals (lead by Sean) were great as well. Bathrooms by the pull were EXCEPTIONALLY maintained with attendants checking often. My ONLY negative is that there are no outdoor grills however, the condo is VERY close to Pier Park with plenty of local restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Thank you JoAnn ##### Stacy A. This particular condo has a great view and is spacious however it is in need of a really deep clean and facelift. The floors were dirty and the rugs and carpet throughout the condo were really dirty. My husband and I would not walk around in the condo without shoes or slippers. I know I could have requested that someone come back and clean however it wasn't a simple clean that was needed. There were big dust/hairballs throughout and under the dining room table. The living room furniture is very worn. The master shower was not clean and had some mold at the bottom of the door which I cleaned. Disappointed as we always love our visits to Panama City Beach but the cleanliness really put a damper on our stay. ##### Jody B.
