Located on the first residential floor of Laketown Wharf, unit 119 has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a bunk nook and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The twin over twin size bunk bed is in its own nook across from the second bathroom. Other necessities in this condo include a drip coffee maker and a washer/dryer.

A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Noise from Lulu`s Restaurant/Bar can be heard inside condo at certain times.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
