The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and has a breathtaking view of Panama City Beach! There is access to the private balcony from the master bathroom as well as the living room. The second master bedroom has a king size bed as well. Both of the master bedrooms have private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 4th bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. Condo was great! You can't beat the location. So many things within walking distance and the beach was not crowded at any time during our stay. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying here, the condo is great size, we had 7 people and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities, the beach was not busy and the water was beautiful. The location was excellent and close to so many things, no with all that said, i like to workout, and the fitneaa center was more like an office with 4 pieces of cardio equipment. This condo was very spacious and had all the amenities you could need. Beautiful view of the ocean , a workout room on site , a steam room, large hot tub , large pool . Security on site for the condo building. All of whom are so kind and helpful. Not to mention if you have any questions or issues you get a phone number to a person that will help you with anything that comes up. ##### T K. Good location. But the elevators are very very slow day of check in wait over an hour for elevator finally took the stairway so with bags on shoulder and heavy suitcase double teamed with wife here we go, did I mention we were on the ninth floor and being 62 years old. This was not an easy task but we finally made it. The rest of the week we had extra long wait time on elevator but not near as bad the first day (Saturday). Panama City Beach is beautiful and so was the room but I would not stay at this Condo again. Spent way to much time trying to get to and from the room. ##### Chuck P. Reviewer Comments: There was 8 of us. Myself and husband and four children (5, 3 and twin 1 year olds) and my parents, there was so much space. As most of the time you don’t stay in the condo it’s really just somewhere to lay your head at night, we did spend quite some time in the condo and enjoyed the view and tvs. We did cook, pots and pans were there and utensils. Again most might just eat out. It had a wagon to help carry things in and to beach, a pop up canopy and chairs. Make sure to wear your bands. The condo security is very on top to make sure only the guest are on the premise and using the ammenities. Felt safe knowing people wouldn’t just be walking through the area. We definitely plan to come again in the future. ##### Emily A. Cleanliness of the unit was an issue. Floors were filthy, turning our socks and feet black just from walking around the unit. The oven had not been cleaned. Fortunately, we did not need to use it except to heat biscuits. Dust was noted under the tables. The outside amenities were awesome. Enjoyed having both an indoor and outdoor pool. The sauna felt great. The parking garage was strange. I've never been in a parking garage that had a "wavy" (reminded me of a kid's roller coaster) path to the various levels. I was driving a compact car and still could not navigate a turn to the next level without having to back up and reposition the car to complete the turn. I would advise renters that there are no carts (like in every other condo or hotel I've stayed in, whether in the US or elsewhere). The unit provided 1 collapsible type wagon to bring in your belongings and groceries. Multiple trips were required for this family of 6 to transport their things. The unit did have some beach chairs to use in the condo. While I enjoyed the amenities and location, I will not stay at Ocean Reef again. ##### Carol S. The bedrooms are even very large and flowing. There is plenty of counterspace for cooking and entertaining. The outside deck is large and spacious. It was very quiet and relaxing. The security officers were very friendly and informative. I had read reviews prior to arrival about the parking situations. I drive a suburban with a top rack. The parking garage did not accommodate my vehicle so I did have to park across the street in a vacant lot. It was monitored by a security camera. The cleanliness of the condo was not up to the standard I thought it would be. We had to do some cleaning upon arrival before we started unpacking. There is vacuums available to be able to clean yourself while you’re there. You will need to bring cleaning supplies as there were none provided. You will also need to bring toilet paper as there was only one roll per bathroom, you will need to bring paper towels again there was only a partial roll in the kitchen, you will need to bring dishwasher detergent as there was only two pods, towel washing supplies again there was only two pods, Trash bags as there was only one for the kitchen and for the bathroom trash cans. You will want to double check your beds before you climb in. My son found a pair of women’s underwear under the sheets at the foot of the bottom bunk bed. Unfortunately, this was after he had slept in the bed a few nights. ##### Rhonda P. Several chairs on the balcony were broken. Cigarette butts and mtn dew cans were on the balcony. Water heater made a very loud noise any time water was turned on in the unit - sounded like it was going to explode. Toilets stopped up easily and had to be plunged several times. Indoor pool closes any time the outdoor pool is closed. Bring your own cooking utensils. Pros: Balcony and views were amazing. Location. Parking on site. Easy beach access. Good elevators.
