Unbeatable gulf views from the 3rd floor. Recently updated condo feels large and spacious with 2 full baths. There is a updated well-stocked kitchen if you choose to cook (or a quick 4 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and bars in Pier Park). Two beach chairs and umbrella service from March 1-Oct 31. Free fast WIFI Large Streaming TV with DirecTV, HBO, CineMAX and Showtime. Access to Prime, Netflix and others with your own account. This beautiful unit is located on the THIRD FLOOR, so if you prefer a lower-floor condo, this is the place for you. The third-floor location is a preferred benefit over other floors because, from the parking garage, you don't have to ride an elevator to get to your condo. AND, if there are elevator waits in the summer, you can walk down the stairs to the ground floor where the beach is. This floor is the best because it is high enough to offer views and privacy but low enough to feel like your are on the beach! Location, location, location! Very close to Pier Park. Walk to shopping, eating, movie theater and more. Calypso is the closest complex to Pier Park. The condo has a queen bed in the primary ensuite. There are 2 beds (bunk) located in the hallway, and a new (2022) sofa with queen sleeper in the living room. This is in Tower 1, and is on the beach. (Towers 1-2 are on the beach. Tower 3 is across the street) Please read before booking: No Pets No Smoking Renter must be 25 or older There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50\. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. My family and I rented this condo so we could view the 2024 Gulf Coase Salute to Freedom Air Show. The views from the 3rd floor balcony were spectacular! This condo was very clean, cute, and equipped with everything we needed. The communication between the renter and I was quick, helpful, and friendly. Check-in process was super easy and the condo is on the perfect level. Located right down from the crosswalk and the fitness room! We ate at the Hub a few times and was very happy with the food and the service. Also, plenty of places in Pier Park to play and eat at, just a short walk away. Although, most of our time was spent in the condo and we felt right at home. Beds are comfortable and as mentioned before, everything was clean and in great condition.
