Great condo

The condo was really nice and clean. It lrovided most everything we needed. I liked the orivacy of having q separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was good if you like a private area. We did have to drive to most activities we wanted to do.

Great view

The condo had a great view with easy access to the beach and ocean. The kitchen was beautifully remodeled. The 3rd floor was geat.

Amazing Location and Amenities

Condo is great. Great location, great amenities with the pool and restaurant/bar, and great views from balcony. This is our 3rd time at this location, but 1st time with this unit. We had 8 guests and needed to use the pull out that is hidden in the cabinet in the living room. The only downside is when using the oven the fire alarm would go off unless we opened the doors, but we have stayed in other units and that happened as well.

Loved this home!

We loved this little home. The layout was perfect for kids I could see them at all times, and it was enough space for everyone to have a relaxing space to themselves. Loved being on the lower floors & it was a beautiful view. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean upon arrival. We hope to be able to stay again soon!

Gorgeous view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This building is in a well run clean amd friendly condo complex. Security is friendly and efficient. Beach is clean and great to walk. Condo is clean and well stocked. The bedroom furniture is comfortable but the living room furniture has definitely exceeded its best before date and needs replacing.

Family beach trip 2023

This was our first time to stay at Boardwalk. I absolutely loved this property. I really liked their security and the way they monitored the pool and the condo. I also loved the area we were at.

Nice Condo

The condo is very nice. The bathroom in the extra room has a bad leak that needs to be tended to. The commode leaks and the shower leaks in the floor. Other than that the place was really nice.

Awesome stay!

Super nice unit. The place was beautiful and convenient on the third floor. Loved the kitchen and open space. Super nice security at the parking entrance. Parking was great. Loved it. The only thing needing improvement is the seal to the glass shower doors. There was a good bit of leaking from the shower door that would soak the floor mat. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we booked our stay a few months ago up until the end of the trip everything was wonderful! We had to switch dates around before we left and they worked with us moving the dates of our trip to a different week. We were informed with every detail we needed to know! The condo was very clean and everything was what was expected! The only thing we would change is the guest room window covering was very thin so light shined through at night. It was no big deal to us, but we would recommend thicker curtains. However, it wasn’t a deal breaker and we loved the amenities of the resort and we will definitely be booking this condo in the near future!!

Very nice

Condo, location and pool were very nice. I called three times about extra towels because the master shower was leaking on the floor. Didn’t receive them so had to wash towels frequently. Shower and vent had black mold. This was the first time we stayed at a place that didn’t have ice cube trays since the maker didn’t work. No cleaning supplies, dust buster didn’t work. I’m assuming the condo receives a good cleaning before the owner stays. Please consider added simple basics to the kitchen. We liked the condo but was disappointed by the lack of extras we’ve had during all stays at other condos. My husband had to fix the toilet handle in the Master. May want to check that out for other guests

Beautiful ocean views and sunsets

Beautiful location, clean beaches, and facility Tiki hut was closed. Perhaps open only seasonally? Pool was heated but still pretty cold. One hot tub was open and not both so it was a bit crowded at times. We went for a softball tournament as a family. The fitness center was not included, even though there is one on sight. That was a first for a vrbo rental for me. The daily construction and resurfacing of their parking garage was quite loud. Both showers leaked and the pressure was light. There are no hangers in either bedroom closets, so make sure you bring your own. I like to hang my clothes, so bring or buy some. The management company was very responsive by text or phone call during business hours and allowed us a later checkout than listed which was nice. Overall comfortable, lovely, and clean unit. We would go back.

Beautiful condo

Beautifully decorated condo, great location, nice complex. Hope to stay here many times in the future. Very spacious and comfortable. Only complaints are...dishwasher does not clean dishes even with multiple washes and various settings tried. The front door is difficult to get to lock. Usually took 4 tries to get it to set or lock. One day the exterminator randomly showed up to put gel bait in the kitchen and bathrooms. This was a little uncomfortable not knowing he was stopping by. Glad we were there. Dislike that random strangers have access to the unit. Made us feel unsafe. They were resurfacing the parking deck and the dust was stiffling. We had to cover our noses when we left the unit. Also got dust all over our vehicle. It was very noisy. I know this is a temporary situation but we were not wared about it. It was very windy a few nights and the sliding glass doors loudly rattled. But in spite of all of that, the condo is very well decorated (minus the bedspreads). We loved our vacation there. Will stay here again if we can. I give this a 5 star rating inspite if these small problems.

From the booking to the end of our stay, Emerald Coast Destinations was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt at answering any of my questions! The room was phenomenal, very clean and exactly what was pictured. The pool was amazing and the kid play area at the pool was perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter. Thank you ECD for providing a great home away from home last week, we have made The Boardwalk 0302 our permanent vacation destination!

The boardwalk is a very nice place. We had few issues with condo, the first few days. But overall, we really enjoyed the bar and grill, great food and live entertainment we plan on returning next year.

Perfect spot

We always visit PCB but normally stay closer to pier park. This location was perfect and the unit was as well. We will definitely be back to this place. Loved the corner market and bar. Pool was nice and clean. Our room was just as pictured.

It was a beautiful place to stay. I need to report that 2nd bathroom door handle was very loose as well as sliding door in main bathroom. This did not stop us in any way of having a great time, just thought someone should know.

It was ok , but had to clean the bathrooms when we got there, hairs on the toilets and both showers. It didn’t look like they had been cleaned at all , mold in shower tile, soap dishes didn’t look like they had ever been wiped out either. We had to go get bleach and scrubbers n clean first thing, not what u want to start out with on vacation.
