The set up of the house is great for multiple families. Two king suites on the top floor, a queen bedroom w/ a twin/twin bunkbed, & a queen bedroom w/ twin bed. Perfect for 2 families or 1 large extended family staying together. 3.) The beach access is located directly across the street! Easy to run back to the house for lunch or more sunscreen. 4.) The large pool is directly outside the living room doors. Easy for family fun! 5.) Our house is meticulously maintained and clean. Look at our reviews and look at what prior guests are saying. Plenty of space and room for everyone to enjoy their vacation! There are two king suites with a full bathroom shared between them located on the top floor. Two queen bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, one with an additional twin bed and the other with an additional twin/twin bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a Jack N Jill Bathroom with a closed door separate for shower/tub & toilet so 2 sinks are available to use while someone is in another room to shower. No need to worry about storage - all bedrooms come equipped with a large closet, dresser or chest of drawers, a ceiling fan, & floor fan for your use. Each bathroom is well-appointed with a hairdryer, fluffy towels, either a stand-up walk-in shower or tub/shower combo, rugs, plenty of lighting, electrical outlets, and storage. Each bedroom boasts a large wall-mounted smart TV. Don’t forget to bring all your login information for a personalized entertainment experience! A desk and chair are provided in one of the bedrooms. They can be easily relocated to a different room if needed for your convenience. All bathrooms have toilet paper (starter pack), hand soap, & bar soap. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and black face wash clothes are also provided for each bathroom. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM☆☆ The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances; fridge, stove, oven, microwave, & of course a dishwasher, a crock pot, air fryer, blender, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee maker, spice rack, and plenty of cookware & dishes. We have special plastic dishes, bowls, & cups plus a highchair for the littles of the family! The fridge features an ice maker and water dispenser, just like at home. The living room has a wonderful view of the pool & courtyard. It is a great place to relax in the evenings after a day at the beach while playing games with the family or watching the kids play in the courtyard. There is a 65” wall mounted smart tv plus 2 couches with 4 reclining seats and of course, a large recliner. Plenty of family games and cards are available for your family’s fun night. For added convenience, a large capacity washer & dryer are available for your stay. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The outdoor space here is phenomenal! The large pool is shared between the four houses & located in the middle of the courtyard. The two grills and all loungers around the pool are also shared but plenty for everyone. A large storage closet contains beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, for your use. Run across the street in the evening to the beach for some crab hunting, a nice bonfire on the beach, or a nice stroll. The pool & connecting spa are not heated. The parking area behind the house will hold 2 vehicles with an overflow area by the fence for another vehicle. The overflow is not a guaranteed space. Rest assured; our beach house is meticulously maintained. We have a personal cleaning service and manage the house ourselves to ensure our guests are taken care of. You will have 24/7 access to us once you book your vacation. The collection of homes around the pool felt very comfortable. Well stocked and great communication with the owners. The location is everything! Right across not only the beach, but easy beach access. Not a long trek of stairs. Plenty of restaurants and grocery around. We would definitely stay here again. We actually joked about all of our friends rent the houses over a holiday- it may happen! The masters do share a bathroom so if you want privacy there/ something to think about. We loved the home, the pool, and short distance to the beach. My mom said she had never seen such a well stocked kitchen in a rental! It was perfect for my little one's first trip to the beach, as they had everything we needed to make it toddler friendly. The owner was fantastic and so easy to communicate with. Check in was easy, home was Clean!! Kitchen was well stocked with silverware, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Beds and sheets were soft and comfy. Bathrooms had good light, working faucets and fast draining sinks and tubs! Our family of 10 had plenty of room. If you walk across pool/patio and go thru gate it’s a 2min walk to beach.
