Management was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The location to beach access was great; right across the street, but with that did come road noise. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was more spacious than I was expecting. The location is perfect and the Private beach access was easy and appreciated. Other beaches can get pretty crowded, so the privacy was nice. Our only constructive feedback is that there were limited cleaning supplies (no dish soap, only 2-3 trash bags, limited toilet paper). We did have an issue with the washer not working prior to arrival but it was fixed the next day before dinner. They let us check in as soon as the property was available. Pool was a bit smaller than expected but we enjoyed it. However there was a bit confusion on the beach. We were given a beach access code right in front of the property when you cross a street. However when we got there we did walk pretty far away from a PRIVATE BEACH AREA for the property right in front of the beach. We were told that area was only for the people that are staying in the properties front of the beach. It was a bit of walk and we wished we were informed when booking in little bit more detail from the property. ##### j S. This was a beautiful property just a short walk to the beach. Check in delayed because our code didn't work. After two additional attempts, we finally gained access. We also had a problem with the code for the bicycles. Response time for this was a little slow, but problem was eventually resolved. There seemed to be a little confusion over who we should turn to as our property manager, flip flopping between two agents. but both were very professional and responsive. Something left in the unit outlining the check out procedure would be helpful as we were told two different ways to treat the linens, but overall this was a perfect girls' weekend. The pool is very small and we were under the impression we had beach access. What it gives you is a code to get through a gate for a private beach, but then you have to walk down the beach half a block and you are harassed by beach people to stay on your side of the pole and they insult you and call you names. Also, we were kind of disappointed in the layout, having to carry everything upstairs and our air conditioning was poor on the top floor.
