Our 2-bedroom townhouse inside Gulf Highlands Beach Resort sleeps 6: king bed in the master, two queens in the second room. The beach and the beachfront pool are a 3-minute walk. Gulf Highlands is a gated resort with security on the grounds — quiet streets where kids can roam freely. Beachfront dining at The Cajun Chicks is a 3-minute walk from your front door.
The Space:
The master bedroom has a king bed and its own Smart TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a Smart TV — perfect for kids, a second couple, or the friends who always end up on the trip. The living room has a comfortable couch with plenty of space to unwind after a beach day. The full kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker so you're not forced to eat out every meal. Washer and dryer in the unit, off the back porch. Two reserved parking spaces directly outside your front door. Central AC throughout.

Self check-in so you can arrive on your own schedule. Full instructions sent before your stay — arrival is set for 4:00 PM Central. We're available by message throughout your trip and respond within the hour. We stay out of your way so you can enjoy your vacation.
Neighborhood:
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort sits on the west end of Panama City Beach — one of the quieter, more residential stretches of PCB, away from the spring break crowds but close to everything worth doing. The Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street, famous for its emerald-green water and sugar-white sand. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is a 2-minute drive and a full-day activity kids will want to repeat. Pier Park — PCB's main hub for restaurants, shopping, and live entertainment — is just minutes away. The resort's own beachfront restaurant, The Cajun Chicks, means a great meal is a 3-minute walk from your front door.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way around PCB — and parking is never a problem here. Two reserved spaces are right outside your front door. Uber and Lyft both operate throughout Panama City Beach. The beach, all 11 resort pools, and The Cajun Chicks are all walkable from the unit. Bike rentals available nearby for exploring the beachside trail.
