You are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this luxury beach front condo with 60 feet of floor-to-ceiling glass in the living/dining/kitchen and both bedrooms, all of which overlook the Gulf of Mexico. Totally renovated, high-end gulf front unit for up to 8 people maximum. Living/dining/kitchen area and two bedrooms all facing the gulf. You can't beat this unit. Granite countertops, warm decor with beautiful furniture. Owner allows mature guests who know how to take care of other's property. No smoking anywhere in this unit (including on the balcony). This is a dog friendly unit. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed to stay in this unit. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of Seachase, but they are allowed at designated dog beach areas and the closest one is about 1 mile east of Seachase at the pier at Pier Park. Seachase is located only a mile from great dining and shopping at Peir Park and only a couple of miles from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held. \*Maximum Occupancy: 8 \*Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. \*A maximum of 2 well-trained dogs are allowed. Beds were comfortable but quite high to get into, problem for husband causing already bad back to hurt so much we left early. I had no problem and felt very comfortable and would have enjoyed staying for whole trip. We had a long drive back home so left when he knew he should. We highly recommend and when the balcony doors get replaced it should really be lovely, they were hard to open and my husband could not. Love that it is pet friendly and we enjoyed taking him for meals at Runaway Island Beach Bar and Grill, very good and happy server, had coconut shrimp and loved how fresh it was. Also ate at Pompano Joe's Seafood House, the blackened grouper was fabulous and fresh ##### Sandra J. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were two leather recliners; which is one of the reasons we booked it. The view was great, directly beach front. Although we only used the kitchen a little bit, it was great. The owner was wonderful to work with on all our needs. We will probably stay their again. ##### TERRY M. This is one of the BEST condos we've visited. The room setup was perfect. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect if you're interested in visiting Pier Park and several restaurants. It's very convenient to grocery stores. For our stay, there was hardly no one on the beach. It was not crowded at all. Our entire visit was perfect!!! We would definitely stay there again! ##### Lynde D. I love that it accepted my 58 lbs dog. Most places donā€™t. The condo was very clean and in a great location. The whole place has a view of the beach.
