Nestled within the pristine shores of Sugar Beach in Panama City Beach, this charming condo offers the perfect retreat for families seeking a memorable vacation experience
D4 condo has direct access to the sandy shores of Sugar Beach, it accommodates up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is adorned with beach decor and relaxing beach colors. It has an equipped kitchen to make sure you have the essentials to stay in to dine if you wish. There is a private beach entrance and a refreshing pool onsite.
Sugar Beach complex it at the intersection of Joan and Thomas, making it a great spot for walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. If you are flying into PCB, Sugar Beach is a great destination that doesn’t require a vehicle to enjoy local food and activities nearby.

As you step onto the patio of our condo, the gentle sea breeze welcomes you to a world of relaxation and adventure. A community pond is home to many turtles and other little creatures to enjoy. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves, spending lazy afternoons by the pool, and creating everlasting memories with your loved ones. You can enjoy grilling out on the patio by the pool house with friends and family.

**Please note that Sugar Beach Condominium Complex HOA charges a fee for parking and pets. It is charged by the stay and is in addition to any fees already collected by Signature Destinations LLC. Currently, the parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle and subject to change without further notice. Pet fee for the complex is $150 for 1 pet and $200 for 2 pets for stays 4 nights or longer. For stays 3 nights or less, the pet fee is $80 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. These pet fees are paid to the HOA after booking and are in addition to the $225 pet fee already charged by Signature Destinations LLC. After booking, you will receive the link to the website to pay the applicable HOA fees. Please note that Vicious Breeds as determined by the Sugar Beach HOA are not allowed. These include but are not limited to Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.**

The condo was perfect for us! We were able to walk to eat and shop some and drive a short way bc of heavy traffic. I would make 2 suggestions. Paint the step going up to D4 door. Hard to see and a fall waiting to happen. Also put nonslip strips or dots in tub and shower! Suncreen and soap dont mix a it's another fall! Only big complaint was the tiny shower! Loved the location, decor, view, and beach walk!
