Please advise the breed and weight of the pet you are bringing. (Subject to our approval.) The resort requires Current Shot Records at Check In a $25 registration fee and a one time $25 per reservation fee will be paid to the resort.\*\*\* While you are in your unit you will have your choice of 2 bedrooms. A master with King size bed on the water with balcony access, and a guest with a queen size bed . In the hall there is a trundle bed that sleeps 2, as well as a pullout couch. This is a 20th floor unit with a terrific view of the gulf. Watch one of the 3 flat screen TVs in the condo, all with DVD players. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also, high speed wireless internet is available. Relax on the balcony table and chairs, sun yourself on the outdoor lounge, listen to the surf, sip a glass of wine, and gaze at golden sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf. Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center.. Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30\. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15. YOUR TRAVEL PLANS: Fly directly into Panama City or nearby Pensacola. We love coming to the beach no matter where we go. The Grand Panama was where we got married in 2020\. We did not stay here then but our venue was here. Beautiful beach, location is perfect. Short drive to any main attractions like St Andrews Park, Captain Andersons deep sea fishing, Gulf World, Pier Park were a few we visited. The only small complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. Cleanliness was not the greatest. The floors were very dirty and there was trash in the corner of the living room. The kitchen is very poorly stocked and the refrigerator was missing a shelf. I don’t expect a gourmet kitchen but 2 skillets and not even a spatula is a bit subpar. The door would not lock from the inside, so we kept the hotel lock on the entire time and would text each other to get in. The check in process was confusing. I got a text that said just go check if the condo is ready and clean. We did that, but no parking passes or resort bracelets were in the condo. Eventually figured out we had to go across the street to check in. I prepaid online for parking and upon checkin was told that the payment didn’t go through. Luckily, I had my receipt or I’m sure I would have been charged again. We had a great time at the beach and pool but we will not stay in this condo again. ##### Kimberly R. This unit was listed as “luxurious”. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Great location. Great view. Budget furniture inside and outside. The sofa is worn out and should have been replaced several years ago. The stove is duct taped together. The oven set off smoke alarm while preheating. Never used the nasty thing again since we eat out anyway. But heating biscuits for breakfast would have been nice. The master bed has pieces falling out if the frame. The living area ceiling fan/light don’t work. When I pulled in the chain I was afraid it would fall out if the ceiling. The guest room lamp was in the back of the closet broken. A vacuum would be nice since it was our job to clean the nasty floors when we arrived. I’m not sure they’ve ever been properly mopped. Do not wear white socks! Really we enjoyed the location, the view and after we cleaned everything was fine. I know not everyone expects what I do. But you certainly know this furniture is very very far from luxurious! And sleeps 8? Where would you sit? On the worn out sofa and one old chair. We might return to GP because we love that area of the beach, but we certainly wouldn’t consider this duct taped worn out condo. Check in I waited for the rudest jerk to get off his “15 minute break” and yes those were his words when I knocked on the door. I could see the envelope with my name. The rental was in a great location, with an awesome view. However as far as the unit itself, the television located in the living room was limited to one Chanel (chanel 43) I changed the batteries in the remote, but it still didnt work. Light fixtures had either missing bulbs or bulbs that didn't work. The tubs, showers, and sinks had loose hair. I do understand that there would be (some) sand inside the unit, but sand was found on furniture, footstool, couch, and bed slider. I felt like it was necessary to clean prior to unpacking. While sweeping and wiping countertops I discovered mildew on the shower curtain in the guest bathroom and on the patio drapes. Also, under the bed in master bed room, is a lot of dust/dirt and pistachio shells. A few of the dishes in the cabinet didn't appear to have been clean, but put up dirty. I do ##### marita C. Plenty of space for a family of 5\. Nice pool, easy access to beach, beautiful view, and access to parking garage. The only complaint is no extra toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom) or trash bags (1 per trash can) were provided. We had to go purchase extra, because there was no way to contact a housekeeper. We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama! The condo and resort was very clean. The condo truly has the BEST view. We watched the beautiful sun set every single night.
