It has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 4 heated, shuffle board, tennis courts, 18 hole mini golf (free), exercise room, just off the patio is the largest pool in the resort. Vacations by Fayla takes pride in providing family friendly, well maintained & enjoyable units. NO PETS, NON SMOKING UNIT. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 25 years old to rent the unit. King master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath. The other master bedroom has a queen bed also with pillow top mattress and private bath. Downstairs is a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is extended on the top floor with a beautiful sitting room off the master. Wide crown molding and base board. Granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and baths. The kitchen has a walk around island. Gas grill on the rear patio. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Condo was spacious and clean. Fully stocked kitchen was a major plus. We felt right at home had everything we needed to make family meals. Location was much closer to the beach than anticipated, just a short walk across the street. Great communication with Fayla, extremely helpful and courteous.
