Screened in patio, charcoal grill w/ tools, back patio with shower. Large driveway (fits 3 cars across) with room for a trailer if needed. Back yard rack to store kayak and/or paddleboard. We provide a beach cart, boogie boards, and some sand toys. Back yard has 8ft privacy fence. My friend and I took our kids aged 9, 8, and 6\. The walk was about 10 min to the beach and even beach weary it was the right amount of distance. The house was wonderful. We did have an instance with a pesky bug or two, but it wasn’t really an issue. The home was lovely. The only thing I wish I would have known about was the construction boards in the backyard due to our littles, but it ended up not being an issue!
