With 2 bedrooms, PLUS a Bunk Room (no door) and Sofa Bed, there is room for all of your guests. This open- concept layout feels like a perfect beach getaway, with 9 foot windows allowing in tons of natural light from your ocean front terrace. With modern furnishings and all the comforts of home, including a Washer and Dryer, you will simply love your time in Panama City Beach. The kitchen leads off this open floor-plan and comes stocked with all of the small appliances and utensils you will need. Start your mornings with coffee at the kitchen bar, or head to the balcony and watch the waves roll in. Leading into the living room, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, which is perfect for movie and game nights. The VIEWS from the living area are truly breathtaking, and you will love ending your day in one of the terrace chairs, enjoying drinks as the sun goes down! The Master Bedroom is its own retreat, with a King bed, ample storage, a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom- there is even a view! The bathroom has a large vanity, and a tub/ shower combination. The Guest bedroom features a Queen bed, a flat screen TV and a shared bathroom just steps away. BOTH bedrooms feature modern furnishings and plenty of space. The Bunk Room has 2 Twin beds and a door for privacy. You will find the Washer and Dryer in the bathroom as well. There is a Full sleeper sofa in the living area. Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water-sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. Condo listing said towels were provided but only foot towels and wash cloths were provided. Went to Walmart down the road to buy more bigger towels. Washer was off balance and made horrible noise. Waiting for elevators ruined the whole trip. When we got there we had to lug all of our luggage up 17 flights of stairs with 4 kids because the wait for the elevator was insane. Upon check-in, it came about that the lock on the door had an issue. It did take to the second day to get it fixed.....just needed batteries. :) The property management company was very responsive between getting the door codes to work to let us in. Being late in the even when we arrived I was worried we wouldn't be able to get anyone.....but I was proven wrong. They were very quick to respond & got us everything we needed. This is the second property of theirs that we have rented at this particular location just this month. They both were amazing!!! Will be back again in the future!!! ##### Jane E B. I spilt water and cleaned up with paper towel only to come up with a hair ball right after we got there. Bag of chips under couch. Place was full of sand. Beds were uncomfortable and no fitted sheets. Front door jam broken. Trash chute locked. Non working elevators. What else can I say but this place was a dump. Spent way too much time dealing with that issue. Parking needs to be more organized since the numbers are not sequential. I do have to say that the team keeping the property clean was great! Very clean around pool, condo and halls. The coffee shop was great as well. The elevators ruined it for us and many people we talked with shared the same sentiments.
